Love this place! The employees are so friendly especially Fiona, Dylan and Steven! This place is clean, convenient, and eclectic. Lots of good vinyl and memorabilia, games, art, toys! Everything.

All Gen Z staff brings premium levels of customer service, conversation and information way beyond the inventory. The people are the reason I always come back. I can call in any time to get prices and stock on used games. Traded in my XBOX One library to get some credit for PS 5 games and it was fair. All trade-in pricing sucks (ever watch Pawn Stars?), that's how they keep the lights on. I like that it's semi-local. Highers young cool people who know games and can have a nice stop and chat when I want to burn some cash on games.

Absolutely love this place. A lot of hidden gems here and ask of their prices are reasonable. Prices on vinyl are extremely reasonable compared to other places that specifically sell only music. We've purchases several of their movie posters as well, and they didn't cost an arm and a leg! $8 for a poster seems pretty good to me! They even ordered a few that weren't in stock! All of the associates are helpful and friendly!

Always a fun place to visit. If you love video games, this place is like a candy store! In my opinion, I prefer it to Game Stop.

10/10 shopping experience. Much more personal and efficient than buying online! Reasonable pricing on a constantly changing selection of video games, records, and memorabilia. They also have abetter selection than GameStop on new in box accessories. If you need a game you don’t see they can even check with other exchange stores and give you the option to ship it to your local store for free! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They seem to love where they work. Great time stopping by every time.

When I knew about this place, I thought it was going to be like a hot-topic-themed store. When I walked in, the place looked amazing! The associates were nice and they go around to see if you need anything, the setups were clean and been organized correctly, and the many vintage items they had ranging from NES to modern day items for a great price! 10/10 would definitely go to again.

Cool store with huge selection of movies, CDs, video games and video game accessories. Though I find their CDs a little expensive considering they're on the verge of becoming obsolete, movies and video games are both really cheap - much cheaper than going to Target or Game Stop. I always go here first of I ever want a video game and the games I bought were all dirt cheap and worked properly. Staff is very friendly too as they ask if you need help without hounding you to buy something. The biggest complaint I have is the parking - the lot is very small and is only accessible via northbound on McKnight.

Best selection of CD's, hands down!!! I went to several other places, but they became subpar to downright ripoff. The Exchange has the best selection of Metal Music that I always find something there. I don't buy movies or games from here, but the music is amazing!!! Its a bit far from me but I always buy something from here when I go!!

I recently went to the Exchange for the first time ever, as I was looking for a particular (no longer being made) video game. This game was one of my son's top items on his Christmas wish list this year, and I couldn't find it ANYWHERE! Upon inquiring with the Associate (I believe her name was Lauren) she informed me they would submit a request within all their locations, and if any of them received the game as a trade-in I would be notified via email. I didn't hear back for approximately 2 weeks (and was even debating paying $300 on eBay for this 4 YEAR OLD GAME, as it was the only other option LOL). However, I received the email and immediately went back to the Exchange to purchase it. The other Associates told me Lauren was reminding them everyday to check the availability for me, and I am so grateful! Thanks so much - you saved Christmas 😄

Always a good selection of video games and CDs. They will also order stuff for you if you don't like the idea of giving Bezos more money. Frequently, there are good rare video games here as well.

Absolutely adore this place. One of the best if you're into collecting cds like I do, and the selection of game products is also extremely worthwhile. Wonderful place.

Very impressed with The Exchange on McKnight Road. Staff was super polite & professional on a recent visit to see about selling a collection of music CDs. Made the process very easy. While I wasn't in the market to purchase any items at this time, was impressed with the amount of stock The Exchange had available.

I loved this place. Couldn't find certain movies anywhere local and they had all i needed in store.

If you're looking for a specific movie or music album I'm sure this place will have it. Cheap too! The staff are extremely helpful. I love going here with 10 bucks and being able to walk out with 5 new movies to watch. If you haven't checked the place out I'd highly recommend it. This location seems better than the others as well.

Great place to find a deal on physical media or classic games. The people here are friendly and helpful. Parking is WAY better than the city stores.

Really awesome place. The staff are very y customer friendly every time I go there. The last time I went to this place, they were super nice. They even gave me an Exchange Experience Card so that I can get new information on what goes on at the store.

A great place to find old movies or games that you cant find anywhere else. Great prices and super helpful staff! Very informative and knowledgeable and if someone doesnt know the answer to a question, they do their research or ask an employee that knows about what you are inquiring.
