Sheetz

After reading the reviews, I was honestly surprised. I understand the wait times at this Sheetz aren't ideal, but this is one of the closest sheetz to downtown PGH and it's so crowded at night, especially after concerts. I was waiting for my food for awhile, but I didn't mind much because I've worked in food service and know how it is. The people around me getting visibly angry was disappointing, having zero empathy for the people working. My food was really good and I'll continue being a customer of this location:)

Nice staff, good food. Their coupons are phenomenal. I got a free chicken sandwich that would have been $10 normally with all the extras I added.

Just had the best experience ever at a Sheetz! On our way home to the North Side from McKnight Road we decided to stop here for some breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks.

We entered and placed our orders at a self-serve kiosk. A receipt then printed, and, to my surprise, they actually just installed self-checkout registers as well! While checking out the cashier---a friendly white middle-aged man---initiated conversation with me. I mentioned I was still struggling to wake up, and he showed me a new product that they were offering (chewing gum infused with caffeine). I appreciated him showing me a new product, and it might be one I decide to buy on my next visit for when I get that tired 2 PM feeling on my workdays.

Not long after I went to the other side of the store to wait for our food our beverages came up. Our food came up literally just like one minute after that, too, which was EXCEPTIONALLY FAST (we had a complicated order!) The associate was a younger white female, and she was very polite. We were not able to dine-in (guessing because COVID is booming again), so we took our order home. When we got home the food was still hot and fresh (packaged well). Our sandwiches were delicious! My drink was great! My fiance's drink was prepared correctly, but he did not like it (he bought it just to try it out---nitrogen-infused coffee).

I just wish you were given the option to tip. I also wish people didn't FLY through their parking lot so those of us who are trying to back out tiny cars from parking spaces between massive vehicles wouldn't get creamed, but this store certainly has no control over that. We'll be back!

My first time out in western PA I had to try out a Sheetz. It feels like a fever dream inside and I loved it. Really great selection of milkshake flavors.

I am seriously hoping that all public restrooms can get some serious air filtration.

The new coffee makers are also always nice.

This is a great Sheetz. This store does become busy occassionally due to its location, however the staff is always pleasant and always switching staff placement to help keep up with demand and keep customers moving. Well stocked, always clean, and recently had a renovation to add a seating/dining area.

I love this Sheetz. From the cleanliness of the restrooms, to the parking lot, couldn't ask for more. Friendly staff & understanding. Cheap prices, from the pumps to the store. Keeps me coming back every time. I highly recommend this location. One of my favorites. 😊

Sheetz is amazing. Don't let the gas station fool you. Their food is delicious. A little pricey but worth it. Great selection of beverages too. They're pushing to sell alcohol in PA as well. Hopefully that passes soon!

Both the interior and exterior of this store are well-maintained and clean. Great selection of snacks and drinks, many gas pumps, an air fill station, and a car wash too! I regularly stop here for my needs. Recommend for sure!

They need to do lower there gas just like they did. We all know that we can get gas at that price.why can't they do it every day.

Nice clean store. Always stalked. Public restroom and ATM. Good food and drinks. Plenty of tobacco products.

The employees here are always so good to their customers. I truly appreciate when I'm having a horrible day, and the cashier tells me a joke to get me to smile.

Always open and the people are nice. Food is moderately priced with a good selection of made to order food and drinks. There is also beer and wine for sale as well

Friendly staff. Good prices. Usually the lines move fairly quick. My go to spot for grabbing goodies before/after work.

I was able to get what "supplies" I needed on New Year's eve. Than on New Year's day, had the food I craved.

For convenience store and went offers pretty darn close to almost everything hope they keep improving

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is always nice and clean both inside and out. 👍
