I was in the store to drop a package and service was fast and efficient. Easy access to huge parking lot to store. I like that they are open on Sunday too!

Sterling, Tyler, Dominic, Katie, and Mr. Kruger will help each and every customer with all their shipping needs plus photocopies, mail boxes, print banners and flyers, Amazon returns as well as shred and dispose of any documents securely. A friendly and patient staff will assist you with all your needs. Do not hesitate. This is your one stop shop.

Gold star customer service. I brought in an eBay return and made a couple mistakes. Anthony offered to help and fixed everything. He went above and beyond his job requirement to help me.

For literally decades now, I've used this fabulous store for all my mailbox packaging, mailing/shipping, printing, and notary needs. The staff there -- Sterling, Tyler, and Dominick -- are simply DA BEST!!! Always friendly and fun... but, most importantly, exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Don't believe the few negative comments I've seen below... probably just folks with poor attitudes and/or communication skills. Because, for me, these guys have earned my business forever!

Prices are rather unreasonable, but the process is easier than USPS

We have been with Sterling over 20 years, we live Dom & Tyler who have always been friendly, helpful and professional in the efforts to supply our needs sometimes which have been difficult. They treat you like a friend not as a customer. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

Sterling and his team are awesome there. Always super quick in and out other than when they are free enough to have a quick casual conversation. I also bring my fragile items here and they are always awesome about packing it up so it’s secure and won’t be bouncing around. Have yet to have something break taking it here.

Tyler and Dominick are SO great and efficient. After countless Amazon returns, packages shipped, and special printing jobs (including asking them to cut down to special sizes), I consistently have great experiences at this location. THANK YOU UPS and please never move!!

The folks here are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, efficient, and always professional. They GET what true customer service is about. They never keep me waiting long and always provide helpful answers to any of my questions.
Now, THIS is the way to run an operation and ensure return business.
The postmaster and employees of USPS in West Chicago could learn much from these people, which is why I consciously avoid going to the local post office for anything anymore and look forward to the experience at the UPS STORE for any of my packing and mailing needs.

I have UPS stores near my house. But, when I need something, I drive out of my way to go to this location. The owner, Sterling, knows his customers and cares. He's very knowledgeable at figuring out how to solve the customers printing or shipping problems. Great store that cares a lot.
