Grace and her team at the Penfield Staples go above and beyond. We had a complicated return and she gave the time and care to help me to her fullest capability. Not only that, whenever I have question about a product she is knowledgable and helps me get what I need. So grateful and thankful for Grace the manager, the team and the store.

Went in to buy a chair for my son's desk and the staff there were extremely helpful. Not only did they work with me to identify my need, but they also took time to show me several different options in varying price ranges. The chair was delivered to the register so that I could finish the rest of my shopping, and the young lady cashiering was very courteous and friendly. Great experience, and I'll be back again soon.

My only complaint was the limited selection of power supplies and extension cords in white, but I also realize that's just a product of supply/demand.

The photo/copy Sean was amazing he called me twice to make sure my dad’s memorial cards were perfect. Extra attentive and I am very grateful for that.

The gentleman working Monday morning 5/8/2020, I think his name is Josh, provided excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful and patient. His kindness exceeded all expectations especially in this challenging time. Thank you again for helping me get important paperwork to unemployment!!!

First of all kudos to Staples for caring about their employees and customers health & lives by not allowing people in their stores without masks 🙌. I live nearby and work from home so I’m in this Staples Penfield location to pick up supplies, and make color copies every week. The staff is always friendly, and a few times the manager is on the floor and is walking around helping people. I also like that when you ask to find something they don’t tell you where it might be, they stop what they’re doing and walk though over to where the product you’re looking for is available. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every time!

Staples is a good place to shop for office stuff & things. Things you might need to distract yrself from doing "work", of stuff you might need to actually work. Paper & cardboard is also sold here, along w/ cheap & expensive chairs, computers, networking things, & stuff FOR the computer...memory chips, adapters, & the like. It's a neat store to kill time in, too...if you like that sort of thing...

Melanie in your print center is the most helpful associate. She really went above and beyond for me assisting me in getting a photograph printed just right for one of my clients. I will continue going to her for my printing needs. Thank you Melanie!

Karen Grasso (Mgr) and her team, Brock and Josiah went above and beyond customer service. They diagnosed my computer issue, saved my precious data, and repaired my computer in 24 hours when the warranty company would not. Shop at Staples, Panorama Plaza! They are the experts! Thank you!

Was able to use staples@printme.com to send documents to Staples for printing at around $0.14 per page (B&W). Very cost-effective and contactless experience. The whole transaction was done at the printer.

We would like to thank Liz from the print department for her personalized help that made for a great experience! She was friendly, courteous, and even a little funny.

Ordered an item online went to pick it up when you find out it was $30 more than everywhere else and they did a price match very pleased with the service and their ability to match a lower price

I was about to buy online, but decided to go to the store because it said they had 1 in store. The store matched the online price with great customer service!

Customer service staff is great and the office products, furniture, hardware and software available is pretty impressive.
