Great coffee ☕ positive vibes and delicious sandwiches. The girls were so nice and polite. The only thing that I’d love to see is a turkey sausage as alternative to bacon since some of us don’t eat pork but overall I had a wonderful experience and will return for sure 😊

Great food and drinks with a comfy atmosphere. Both my sandwich and my London fog latte were delicious. Only complaint is that the pickle spear was more of a sliver. The place is spacious with 2-4 person seating in the front and large group style seating past the counter. They are pet friendly, and I saw 3 (well behaved) dogs while I was there. I would prefer if they stayed open a little later because I was enjoying my time there.

Wifi password is available on request though there is a sign that they do not provide it on weekends. The Verizon data signal was very poor where I was seated near the entrance.

LOVE the atmosphere of this place! Super cozy and very friendly. The coffee was great and the barista even offered to make a fresh pot for me when the remaining coffee filled the large cup 80% of the way. She even brought the coffee over to my table when other coffee places simply announce the order is up and place it on the counter. Definitely will be coming back soon!

We love Neutral Ground! They have breakfast, lunch and pastry options and everything has been good (my favorite is the Pittsford sandwich). The cold brew is fantastic, coffee and espresso drinks are delicious and there's a good amount of tea options too! Bottle beverage selection includes waters, juices, soda, *and* a fun selection of 21+ bevies. The bathroom and dining area is always clean and the decor/vibes are cute. Owner and staff are so sweet. One of favorite things though is that we get to bring our pup, Dexter! He's an old man and loves to sit at the outdoor tables and people (or dog) watch. We love to take him for a walk after and catch the beautiful views on the canal.

Cute place in beautiful location along the canal in Pittsford. It's hard to find good coffee in Rochester area, and good to know you can find one here. This is one of the best coffee we've had in Rochester. Flavorful, and not bitter. In addition the staff and owner were so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like a regular on your first visit.

This is the first coffee shop I've visited that actually uses the Japanese tea ceremony green tea whisk to stir up the REAL green tea powder to make matcha latte! Other major coffee businesses use premixed powder with sugar already added. I'm a Japanese and I'm very impressed with the quality of the green tea. The people are very attentive. I also learned that this is a woman- owned business. There is a side room where we can have a small receptions and gatherings. Southbridge definitely I'll be back!

First time here! Great food. Had the salad with egg. Iced Matcha isn’t so good, but Chai latte was spectacular. Vibes are very cool. Busy place on a Sunday!!!

I was there for a Baby Shower on 11/18/23. The food was Delicious! Service was Great & Server was Very nice. 1st time there & really enjoyed it.

I first chanced upon this place after a long canal-side walk in the sweltering sun. The delicious iced lemonade appeared like a mirage, and I've since returned to try the more enticingly creative items on the menu. The Lavender Cappuccinos are delightful and the Breakfast Chowder is hearty, brilliant, and the perfect choice for a maximalist in the mood for a warm bit of Everything.

I love walking into a place and feeling instantly welcome, and that's an experience I can count on sharing with anyone I bring to Neutral Ground, even from vastly disparate walks of life. The staff is well-chosen, and the owner is exceptionally kind, always ready with a smile for anyone who visits.

I was walking in today to pick up a to-go order (all in black), and as I approached the entrance, the owner gently urged a white dog to move aside far enough to not shed on me as I brushed past. It never would have occurred to me to worry about that, but the extra gesture demonstrates the attention to detail that goes into every facet of this charming, local business. What a wonderful addition to the community!

If you're in the mood for something sweet, the raspberry cappuccino is always a treat. With picnic benches and Adirondack chairs out front, and benches on the canal-side pavilion just across the way, there are many indoor and outdoor places to enjoy Neutral Ground.

My favorite place to meet a friend on a Sunday morning. It does not meet the efficiency of a Starbucks, but coffee is good and I love the atmosphere. Also love their small added event space.

We recently held my daughter’s bridal shower at Neutral Ground and it was fantastic. Communication and planning with Sherry was easy and she offered many suggestions and options for the day. The food (we did a brunch) was delicious and the service was impeccable. We received many compliments from our guests and would highly recommend this venue for your event.

Such a cute little coffee house. The staff are always so welcoming and the drinks/food are delicious. It is such a great atmosphere anytime I have visited and they have amazing lattes. This is my favorite place in Rochester for coffee!

Love this place! Love the vintage candy, the coffee, breakfast sandwiches are amazing 🤩 and do yourself a favor, get the cronut! Only minor complaint, it gets packed inside the store very fast and there’s minimal counter space, so you always feel like you’re in someone’s way. They use the other half of the building for events and it’s beautifully designed, even the ceiling tiles! My son has guitar lessons nearby and I always stop here for a snack and drink as a weekly treat.

Such a great addition to the canal! Such friendly staff, homey decor, great food and espresso. Wish they did punch cards.

The coffee was wonderful and the barista was very pleasant. We were unsure but the place is dog friendly! We did not have food this time but will definitely be back to try some!

Went to Neutral Ground for a quick togo lunch and it was great! First, the location is great - the decor is trendy and there is lots of space inside. The lady that took our order was peppy and knowledgable. We ordered a few sandwiches (both delicious) and the chili with a shot of espresso on top - I know it sounds weird but it was so unique and flavorful! The coffee and cider were also excellent and they have non dairy milk. They were also good with allergies. Definitely check this place out!!!
