I'm new to Luxe but so far the experience has been phenomenal! I've gotten waxed twice with Corin. She's very kind, patient, and welcoming! The first time I went, having never gotten waxed I was extremely nervous going in. But Corin was great at making sure I was comfortable throughout and made it an overall good experience with great results as well. 5 stars, would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get waxed, especially those who may be nervous or on the fence about trying it!

My experience at Luxe was amazing! I got a facial with Reid. She was incredibly nice and knowledgeable! She made my experience extremely relaxing and peaceful and I left with my face feeling like baby skin. 5 stars and would recommend Reid to anyone!!! 😊

Lenzie is a true hair magician! Her precision cuts and color artistry is beyond amazing. I have quite a bit of gray, especially on the top and sides yet Lenzie is able to blend it so beautifully with high and low lights that I am able to go months without seeing that dreaded "regrowth line". I am always asking her if it is time for all over color, and she just says, "no way, you can still do the highlights". WooHoo!

I can’t speak highly enough about Luxe! All the staff are warm and welcoming. Marion with the Laser Center is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and makes me feel confortable throughout my visit. This was my first laser hair removal experience, and Marion was able to explain the procedure and expectations in a clear manner and always puts me at ease with her gentle, personable approach. Luxe Spa in Rochester NY is lovely. I see Marion for laser and she is thorough and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her expertise! She and all the other staff are friendly, good at what they do, and make everyone feel comfortable. The environment at Luxe is relaxing and calm.

I’ve been going to Lenzie for years and years and years now. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and the best of the best. We’ve tried so many different colors and cuts together and every time I leave the salon loving my hair and feeling great. I highly recommend this place! My monthly massages with my therapist Janet have absolutely made my chronic back, hip and neck pain more bearable. She is always coming back from new training with amazing things to add to my therapy. She is passionate about helping her clients to feel their best and has an incredible ability to know what I need each time. The salon is also very warm and inviting!

Kevin is hands down the best masseuse in rochester. He’s very professional, very detailed and personable. He pays attention to what my issues are and does an amazing job at explaining what he’s doing to make me feel comfortable. He also provided advice on things to relieve pain at home between visits. Highly recommended to all my friends, family and coworkers.

Lenzie was fabulous with my haircut. She took the time to go over what I wanted as well as make suggestions based on my hair type and style. Very happy with the result.

My friend and I treated ourselves to a massage. This was my third massage and I found the experience excellent. We were greeted as we came in, toured and explained how everything worked, and we didn’t wait long at all after changing. Katie did an excellent job making sure everything was explained and making sure I was comfortable throughout my massage. Very professional. Will definitely be returning!

I can't say enough positive things about Luxe and my hair stylist Nikki Wright. Luxe is always very clean and everyone is so welcoming. Nikki has been doing my hair for over 2 years now and she is by far the only person in Rochester I trust. I never have to tell her what to do, I sit down and she gets to work. Nikki cares deeply about her client's and always makes sure to get them in as quickly as she can and works magic on hair. She is also one of the only hair stylists I know that is actively educating herself on new products and techniques. She strives for nothing but perfection. I HIGHLY recommend going to Nikki, just don't steal my appointments....;)

I can not recommend Luxe Spa and Nikki enough! The Spa itself is beautiful and clean and everyone you encounter is so pleasant and welcoming. Nikki goes way above and beyond. Nikki is an absolute miracle worker. When I first came to Luxe, I was incredibly insecure about my over processed hair. Now, it’s one of my features I’m most confident about.
Nikki has a wealth of knowledge regarding cosmology and always gives her honest—and usually right—opinion. She is phenomenally talented, professional, and passionate about her work.
I can not recommend her and the Luxe team enough! No one else touches my hair!

I have been a loyal customer for a few years even referring friends and spending thousands on services such as hair removal and hydra facials, massages etc. I’ve been very happy with theses services especially Marion. Recently I had a lash lift with a new person (I have had two lash lifts previously). As soon as the lash lift was done, I could tell that it did that take and my lashes were barely lifted at all. I said something to the person who did it and she thought they looked fine. I then said something to the women at the front desk when I was there for a massage a few days later. No response. I’m not a complainer but when the service literally did not work at all I think the Spa should have stood behind their service and at least offered to do it again (with a different person with more experience) or a refund. Very very disappointing. RESOLUTION-the owner herself reached out to me and resolved the issue in a more than satisfactory way. My lashes will be redone. And she even gave me a gift card. She was extremely professional. And didn’t know about the event. She was unaware of the incident.and addressed it, in a very Swift, and professional manner. Will certainly continue going to Luxe Spa for all needs and be mindful if there’s an issue to go to the manager owner. Extremely pleased on the way this was handled and will be going back next week. Highly recommend. One of the best spas if not the best in Rochester. The owner, Karen , knows how to run a business Thank you.
