They will stocked clean and intuitively designed supermarket with reasonable pricing and fresh ingredients. Very helpful stuff. They offer lots of other services like curbside. On many things, the even offer more reasonable prices than some of the bulk purchasing stores when you do the math.

I had a great experience at the flower shop at the New Hope Pennsylvania store thanks to Christine Doron. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. She even put a bow on my flowers to make the experience even nicer. She is a definite asset to your company and will keep me coming back

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, quite understanding, and non-judgemental when my initial payment method had a challenge. Very clean store! Also, not a terrible view for sunsets.

LOVE this Giant store! I have been coming here regularly for about 2 years, and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. It's always pleasant, which is why I drive a bit extra from NJ to come here. We were there today. Was it busy and a bit crowded before the holidays? Yes, but there were no collisions or unpleasant interactions. They had absolutely everything we needed on our long list in stock, minus heavy cream. The staff is always professional and helpful. Love this Giant location!

Very friendly staff! My new local store after moving into New Hope and I am very okay with it being the only large grocery store for miles! I lucked out 👍

(It's not a food desert out here? I don't know the metrics for how that's measured when there's restaurants on every corner but no place to buy staples.)

Everyone who works here is supremely kind, professional, and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Eric who works in the meat department. I was buying a whole chicken for stock and was hoping to have it cut into pieces. But the butcher had already gone home for the day. Even though Eric had never butchered a chicken before, he was willing to give it a go for me. And he did a great job!

I deal with them, and many other grocery stores, on a professional capacity...and they are my favorite. This location has folks who are particularly good people. If I lived closer, I would only get my groceries here.

Not loving the feel of post covid Giant. It is still my go to supermarket though. I have noted that of the 3 to 4 locations that I frequent each has different strengths and weaknesses. Based on a lifetime of retail experience I would say most issues are a result of centralized management and lack of control at local levels

My go to Giant really. Their upgrade is awesome for anyone who’s vegan or plant based because there’s actual aisles for us now including a refrigeration section that offers only vegan/plant based items. Tons of new selections and the prices are decent. I also love their produce it’s very well organized.

The staff at Giant/Logan Square are always friendly. Especially Lesha, who you can count on to be helpful at the self check out isles.

Best supermarket in the area. Now they have a beer garden. Great employees. Fresh food. Reasonable prices as long as you pun in your affinity card. Acceptably clean.

The McCaffrey's opened down the street making it clear that Giant has better prices but less service.

Giant at Cross Keys is excellent. My favorite grocery store. Excellent selection, prices, service.

I like this grocery store in part because of the layout, and secondly the staff. After many years of going here, you get to know some of the wonderful people there (Elaine). The layout is consistent, not always moving things around like other stores. They also have a nice variety for the size of the store .

I have been shopping at this Giant Food Store for 20 years. The staff (especially Mary, she's just the nicest person!) are always very busy, yet are flawlessly kind and helpful. I've been to about 5/6 other Giant Stores, but I think this one is the best of them.

While I am not crazy about grocery shopping, Giant makes it pretty easy. They have a wide variety and an ever-growing selection of so many items. The deli is great and especially love the house-made rotisserie chicken salad as well as the olive bar. Almost anything you want can be found on the shelf, and if not, they will make an effort to order it for you! Prices are pretty good and mostly the lowest of the competition. Strongly recommend Giant!

Great store! They have SCAN IT where you scan your groceries and bag them as you go. Makes check out super fast and easy! There is a Starbucks in the store which is always wonderful! They sell wine and beer. The store is clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced.
