The UPS Store

I can't say enough good things about manager, Jon, and everyone else at this UPS store in Logan Square Shopping Center in New Hope. Jon was a major help to me faxing important confidential legal documents which i was emailing to him. Jon knew the importance of these time sensitive docs and handled everything himself immediately. I can't thank him enough. I believe the ladies name Jean-Ann who has always been so helpful and kind, also helped me yesterday. When in a stressful situation, it helped a lot to have Jon's calming voice, immediate attention, and kindness, as well as, Jean-Ann's big smiles and kindness, to get the job done on time. They saved me a lot of time and frustration.

The employees at this location are always very helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgable and ... did I say helpful ... yes, well, I'll write it again for emphasis. Especially, Jean-Anne. She is a genuinely warm person and always a pleasure to see.

Jon and his team at the New Hope UPS store are fantastic. They’re very knowledgeable and always provide exceptional customer service.

Jean-Ann absolutely slayed. My pokemon and other items are on their way to a good place. She even referred to the Pokemon as "everyone" when it came time to put "everyone" on the scale. A really great touch. That is a good human being right there.

The other staff had on invisible rollerskates whilst pleasantly assisting other guests in an efficient manner... Just calmly buzzing around the store helping people. It was nice to see how well everyone worked together. Everyone should have waited in a long line. Literally no one had to wait they were so fast. This team was a vibe. Shout out to team Tuesday.

This UPS location could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I found myself frantic and nervous, in need of having something created and copied professionally quickly. They listened, and with professionalism, kindness, ease, and efficiency they got the job done! I am so grateful and will be back for every job I need done. I cannot recommend New Hope UPS enough.

Recently, I had to urgently ship three large, heavy boxes to a retreat center when I couldn’t attend in-person due to illness. The staff at this UPS store did a stellar job of helping me get everything there so the retreat could be a success.

I also set up a business address/mailbox with this store. The process was simple and easy.

Mostly, I’m impressed with the staff at this UPS Store. They are knowledgeable and helpful and offer innovative solutions to many of my business needs. I am glad they’re a local business on which I can rely.

Once again the members of the New Hope staff have outshone themselves. I brought in an original fraktur gifted to me in 1982 when I was awarded the Teacher of the Year award from my school. A family member is now entering the teaching profession and I wanted to present them with a copy of the fraktur. The fraktur was in its original frame behind glass and that was accomodated. The result was flawless. Perfectly framed with the matte border intact, colors vibrant, as good as if not better than the original! This is the second piece of traditional art that I have brought in to reproduce, an 1800’s house blessing. The copy reflected the chrystalline effect of the original inks and it now hangs in a place of honor. Thank you for the magic you wrought!

I will go out of my way to go here because Jon and his team are that good at what they do, and even kinder their customers.

The staff at this location are fantastic, the best I've ever worked with. This is a busy store and they are friendly, thoughtful and professional. They function as a team, too. I've had to mail and package large, fragile items, and the staff did a beautiful job.

This UPS Store is awesome! Their service is impeccable and efficient. One of their agents, Jon, is amazing! My business, As You Like It Gallery & Frame Studio, has used his talents in reproducing artistic materials for my customers. I highly recommend them for all your printing needs.

Very impressed with going above and beyond, New Hope's UPS staff, JeanAnn, and her boss, Jimmy came through for me in my last minute at closing time attempt to get an important package out. The UPS driver made it clear to me (upon me thanking him for waiting for it to be boxed) that if it wasn't ready when he was done loading that he would not wait. Respectfully, I get that. So I stood there and cheered the efforts of JeanAnn and Jimmy to accommodate the driver -- my package was the last to be loaded. They did not have to do this and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them. I choose to utilize this UPS store for my shipping needs and the staff has always been professional, kind and efficient. Thank you and I will try not to be last minute again : )

I've had a mailbox at plenty of UPS stores and this store has provided the best experience. Communication is very good; strong customer service. Register flow is as efficient as it can be. Manager, John, and staff are great to work with. Highly recommended if you're considering getting a mailbox.

The staff here is professional and helpful, and not afraid to admit when they are not sure about something (and then will find the answer instead of turn you away)! EXCELLENT and FAST printing (check out their "Rolls Royce" of printers as I like to call it!) - a double-sided 247pg document on legal paper took under 10 minutes to print and came out perfectly and was very reasonably priced at just $0.10 a page.

A wonderful resource for the community that has been left hanging by other Print & Ship locations. Thank you!

The store is really high-quality everything with the bassinet fission everyone with courteous and kind and everything cost less than I expected I had a lot of work that needed to get done I was under a dollar
