AT&T Store

I went into the St. Peters store and was helped by an incredible employee, Jack! We went in (myself, my husband and my 2 year old) to upgrade my phone and to apply my work discount. We had to switch the plan into my name and also upgrade my phone. Jack took great care of us and we were done in less than 30 mins. While I do appreciate the quick turn around time, what I appreciate more is how thoughtful and attentive Jack was to us. I originally was going to go to the St. Charles location but after a phone call to the store I didn't feel like they would offer the best customer service so we decided to drive a little further and I am so glad we did. Your other stores can learn a lot from Jack and his superior customer service! We will be returning to the St. Peters location for any future needs. Thank you!!!

The store manager Jeanne was amazing! She walked me through my options, discovered the issue, fixed it, help me add a new line, gave me account solutions and saved me money. Way to go!

Recently had the pleasure of visiting this store to address some issues I was having with my phone and wanted to share experience with the customer service team.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with professionalism and helpfulness. Joe had a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service and was not only knowledgeable but also had a high level of patience and empathy to my situation.

I came in last week super confused, and Jack absolutely took care of everything I could have needed. He was so sweet and charismatic while helping me, and it was so nice having received customer service from someone so patient. If you ever need help ask for Jack, he clearly knows what he’s doing and will definitely take care of you!

Great experience at AT&T store at 6291 Mid-Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peter’s, MO. Our consultant was Joe Seymour. He was super helpful and reviewed our bill and was able to put us in a better plan to save us money. He took his time and got my wife’s new phone set up so it worked properly and put on a screen protector her. He was a super nice guy and knowledgeable in everything ATT and the Apple/Android Systems. Amazing customer service! Jack S. made buying my iPhone so easy I won’t go anywhere else. He was so friendly with a bright smile, it was so refreshing after dealing with Verizons terrible service for years. 10/10 would recommend asking for him for all your needs!

Had the greatest experience at AT&T today. Kyle, the manager at the Mid Rivers location and Michael our sales manager went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. We could not be happier with the service they provided. Go see Kyle and Michael they are great!!!

I always have a great experience at your mid Rivers corporate store location. Joseph, Maurice is the sales associate to talk to when you come in. He always is able to answer all my questions and is kind and courteous. i’ve been a customer of AT&T for many years and don’t plan on ever switching carriers

I’m never excited to go to a phone store but I’ll say this one is the exception. Briana was awesome! Very professional and friendly. She got creative to resolve a complex issue very efficiently. Mikkos was nice and very attentive even though he didn’t know the difference between a security camera and a pencil sharpener (inside joke he knows his stuff too). The bottom line is I will be back to this store. Their attentiveness did not hinge on making a sale and they were genuinely interested in helping me. Even if you have to go out of your way, use this AT&T store. You won’t be disappointed.

Every time I have gone in, they have helped and were happy to do so. I never felt that I was taking up their time needlessly.

Mikko & Joe at the ATT store 6291 MidRivers Mall Dr, Cottleville, MO have been very patient and helpful getting me (Don's wife Kathleen) setup with my new s23 Ultra. They each (on different days) spent a lot of time helping me. They were so easy to deal with.
