Very clean, almost always quick service. Employees are nice and helpful. I have gone here many times during breakfast hours. I can't speak for the rest of the day.

Everything was right on my huge order the workers are quick,fast And perfect..that's a big plus for me and my family

Really good and hot food, we sat waiting for them to call our number. The young cashier brought it to our table and then asked if we needed anything else. And they had a long line in drive tru. Nice of the to take care of their dine in customer's. The store was well cleaned, and one of the employees who was cleaning and stocking asked if we enjoyed our meal. CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have to say this is definitely one of the better McDonald's I've been to. The gentleman helping at the counter was incredibly friendly, and despite there being a ton of cars in the drive-thru the service was reasonably quick. I was especially impressed to see a couple staff members helping an older customer to get set up at a table and to get his food.

I was with my grandchildren so we had special requests for no ketchup, plain cheeseburger etc. They had all them all correct! That doesn't happen for me very often. The staff were very positive and friendly and the fries were jot and delicious! Thank you!

These people are fabulous Rita, and John, Christian so many others and I usually have older people say they like my perfume but I had a nice young teen (man) told me I sure smelled nice..I will get more names for next time. It's a nice atmosphere I love to eat in‼🤗

The food quality leaves something to be desired, but what fast food doesn't. The service and speed were excellent.

McDonald's is ours favorite fast food restaurant, especially when we have our grandchildren with us!

The restaurant was clean, and we had great counter and table service.

Manager was extremely nice. All employees were nice as well. This is definitely going to be the McDonald’s we come to from now on.

I don't normally comment on fast food establishments but the service was above expectations. They were busy and it was running like clockwork you could tell everyone look a little stressed but they were professional and quick even for a special order. The manager on duty did a great job moving to different positions and was very professional.

This is a good mcD's and the food here is definitely passed my son's tests he's such a picky eater if the food touches the wrong way he won't even try to eat it so if he approves then you know they have to be decent; the time in drive thru is quick and they hardly never mess my orders up! Love cute and sassy ms.Suzie in drive thru!

This is one of the best McDonald's in the area, the staff is on point and always nice. The management is great ... Connor,Gabe,and the young ladies are a awesome team with their crew. Thanks guys for great service 👍😎😎,,,,🤩

Ive read thru many comments, and some I agree with and some I do not. Ive stopped numerous times early morning to pick up breakfast for the team at work. I find it amazing that each and every time I visit, I'm met with a very kind and friendly staff. My orders are always perfect, and even if they did make a mistake, "Which all people do" I would overlook it based on how they treat the customers. I have gone to other fast food places, Ive been treated like I was a bother to be waited on, and feel as if they hate their job, NOT HERE! They rise above, when most people I'm sure they deal with are cold, rude and in a hurry. Kudos to team and management, and special shout out to the girl who waits on my on Saturday and sometimes Sunday early morning. She is the sweetest and kindest :-)

Went to this location with my best friend yesterday. All time great McDonalds location. The workers there truly care. Some of the best tasting Mickey D’s you’ll find ANYWHERE.

Excellent breakfast, and got a HUGE portion of eggs with my Big Breakfast platter. Guy on the road from Colorado Springs to Bethesda, MD (1687 Miles) had a big smile after stopping here, and they set me up right for the day. Staff is composed of really nice folks, so pay them a visit.

This is always one of the better McDonald's off of highway K in O'Fallon, the food is always consistent, fast, and the people are always friendly.

Unbeatable price on the triple cheeseburger just two bucks: $1.99. They're covid-19 conscious & social distancing. The manager was leaving when I arrived and actually told them that she loved them. I called her on that: seems kind of extreme, and she said I couldn't do this job without them! What a great boss!

Lately, EVERY TIME I go to a McDonald's they forget to give me something from my order. And it is NOT because they don't understand me. I am ordering using their APP. I have missed condiments AND full sandwiches!!!
