Malcolm and Marc are the best in this business, hands down. If you’re looking to buy a Mercedes, regardless of what state you’re in, go to these guys. I’m in Texas and they made it so simple and seamless with the selection process, paperwork, and delivery and pickup of my trade-in. It seemed too good to be true, but it is! These guys are legit.

I had come from out of town to purchase a vehicle. Before driving to the dealership, Reed was transparent and honest from the start. He sent me any videos/pictures I requested. He ran through the numbers with me as well. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted outside the door with warm smiles. Reed and his team were kind enough to work with me on the price of the vehicle. He efficiently streamlined the process for me. I was there for a couple of hours for paperwork, but Reed was kind enough to give me space/time to eat and take care of myself as needed. Even after I returned home, I was in constant communication with Reed and his team. They provided me with all the necessary paperwork. Overall, I had a beyond-positive experience that exceeded my expectations of a dealership. I would trust going back here in the future and recommend this to all family/friends.

Helpful and friendly staff. I went in for a semi-emergency tire change and I was in and out in a timely manner. While I waited, Richard was there to answer all of my questions regarding the newer electric models. Thanks for the great service and updating me on my future services!

Customer service was great……kind of hard contacting my rep by phone but they would send me updates via text. They replaced a couple of sensors in my sprinter van, and after several days my check engine light went off. Glad to see that and thanks for doing a great job!

My experience with this dealership was more than pleasing. Took my car in for a mechanical problem without having sn appointment. The representative had the repair completed for me within thirty minutes the same day. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Overall I was a little disappointed afterwards because I had some work done that wasn’t absolutely needed. But, Morgan was very helpful and polite and admitted there were a few things that she was still learning about Mercedes Benz. And since this is my first Mercedes I too am learning. I plan to return but am now a more educated consumer.

Purchased a new vehicle over the weekend and let me tell you greatest and easiest experiences I could have ever had. I worked with both Matt and Tom and they are some great people and salesmen. Recently purchased a pre owned Acura MDX for my Daughter and it was the most pleasant experience ever! Sales Manager Ronnie emailed me and worked out price and terms by email , Salesman Rich Pfuhl had a few small blemishes touched up for us and was very personable, Finance guy Chad Trulove was Awesome and did not try to pressure us into anything.

Check Engine light came on while on vacation in St. Louis. Dealership was very accommodating in getting our Sprinter in for diagnosis and getting us back on the road. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the promptness of service and the very friendly and empathetic Service Technician!!
