Jim Trenary Chevrolet

I purchased a 2020 Impala from Jim Trenary Chevrolet about a week ago.
The whole process exceeded my expectations. I drove about 2 hours and found exactly what I wanted in this vehicle. Brett, my salesman, made everything flow right along, answering all my questions along the way. I have to give a lot of props to Gina as well, for helping me navigate my first financing process. I had many many questions and she answered every single one. (even after I got home with my new car) This is my first big purchase and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went.
I was also able to add an extended warranty which was one of the best parts of all! I’m hoping to have many years with this beaut of a car, thank you to Jim Trenary Chevrolet!

Brett made the car buying process simple which is not normal when purchasing a new car. He got me the best priced deal in town and met all my needs with the cars features that I wanted. He gave me a tour of the entire dealership to know where stuff would be when I take the car their for oil changes and maintenance with the package that he sold me for more than far price. Overall, I would highly recommend shopping for a new car from here and asking for Brett.

Brett Wilkinson was a tremendous help when I was purchasing my first ever new car! This is my 6th car and I have not been more impressed with a salesman. He was very helpful, super attentive, and got me a great deal on my new Equinox. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Brett. Kevin Burke, the Sales Manager was also amazing and made signing the final papers quick and easy. He was very friendly and helped me through the entire financing process.

I came here originally for my inspection/ emissions and an oil change. Sam was my representative and was very helpful! We were in and out quickly, especially since I was a walk-in.
I found I needed new brake pads, and I was able to be scheduled for the next day! I used their shuttle service. Albert and Travis were so kind with drop-off / pick-up. It made things much easier for my family.
During check out, Sam and Nick were super helpful in figuring out a coupon code I was going to use.

Had Logan as a salesman for my Silverado 1500, highly recommend Logan.

I needed a good quality truck with warranty protection! Being a retired woman its nice to not have to worry if something happens! I found it quickly and was surprised to be driving it home the same day! When we have room for hauling the Grandchildren safely that’s nice!

I absolutely love my Nissan Pathfinder! I reached out through CarGurus and Ethan the sales man reached out to me quickly and it was like 8:30 at night. I was very excited one because green is my favorite color and two because I was able to get in contact with him about the car due to fact they were closed when I was inquiring about the vehicle. Ethan has done an amazing job when we got there he had the car ready for us to test drive and he asked me my plan for purchasing after I had an great test drive and he expressed all my needs and wants for this vehicle. When I say it took like 2 in a half hours to finalize my purchase I was amazed no way a dealership handles this process this fast it was an incredible experience all together even one was amazing. I believe the finance manager name was Eric he was amazing as well he was great at multi tasking when my son was in his office messing with everything while gathering my paperwork lol. I definitely recommend 10/10 service hands down!

I don’t normally do reviews but they definitely deserve one. I called them about a flat tire I had and they got me in last minute, the same day to look at it & the very next day they got me in right away to replace my tire! 👏🏼
They also deserve 5 stars alone just for their customer service! Everyone I spoke with in the service department were extremely friendly and pleasant to work with! Customer service is huge & they are top notch! I will be using them for all my car needs from now on 😁

I had a wonderful experience at Jim Trenary Chevrolet in O’Fallon! I was able to set up an appointment days in advance and the car was pulled up and ready for me before I even arrived. The whole team made my first car buying experience wonderful. I am so happy with my brand new car, and it wouldn’t have went so smoothly without each one of their team’s staff. Made sure that I was happy from start to finish, made the car buying process easy and 100% stress free. Paul Mansker from finance was absolutely wonderful, didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need, Walked me through every single step of the application process, and ended my car buying experience so pleasant. I had a lot of anxiety going in considering the last time that I bought a vehicle it didn’t go… Great. This whole process was above and beyond my expectations and I will recommend this group to anyone! I am absolutely in love with my new Trax :)

While visiting another local dealership for a test drive I looked up "no haggle" Chevy dealerships and Jim Trenary Chevy popped up. I called and Ethan Secosh answered. I told him we were on our way. He was there to greet us. Everything went smoothly and I purchased a new Chevy Bolt EV 2LT within the hour. It wasn't an impulsive buy as I had done a lot of research well in advance of my visit. The process was easy, clear and efficient. The orientation I received on the day I picked up the car and follow up have been great. My experience with Jim Trenary in purchasing my new car was great.

I spoke with Cody requesting to get a Bolt EUV ordered because it was extremely difficult to find one in stock. He said he would call me the next day to get the process started. Well he did call me the next day with the best news. They told me they had the car I wanted with ALL the packages I wanted, and it was mine if I came down there today to sign the purchase order. I did not hesitate! I worked with Cody Tubbs (sales) and Jason (finance). They treated not just me, but my friends very well. I was able to get the car I wanted, relatively stress free. Everyone there was super nice, and I love my car! I would recommend them to everyone!

I always have an awesome experience here. They usually get me right in and are attentive with when I need to get vehicle. Their courtesy driver drops off and pick up on time. They answer the phone promptly and their text service is a huge plus!

My son was very excited about his new truck. My husband and I were very happy with all the staff. Paperwork was efficient and not overwhelming. Everyone worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised that everything was in place when we arrived after a long drive. We initially came to this dealership because of what was in stock but will be returning next year for the service.
