Got trash bags for work. The customer service is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Noticed their spice rack, was surprised 😮 to see it at the checkout line. I would never expect that! So cool 😎 I like this store!

My car key was slightly bent and they fixed it for me for free! Hundreds of dollars saved!! Just great customer service.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone says hello and asks if the csn help.

Went there Feb 28 to get new key fob programmed it took quite awhile (weeks) to get it done correctly. For some reason the programming kept draining the car battery. But didn't give up until they found the problem and corrected it. I appreciate the due diligence. I'd go back again!

A full service hardware with a very good selection. We moved into the area 9 months ago and have found most everything we have needed to fix up our to us home. They have a lot of help in the store.

Dunn Hardware is a great customer service experience every time I go there. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful to whatever I need. Friendly as well. This is not your typical Home Depot experience.

I lived here over the covid shutdown - got so many projects done around the house. I prefer this place to Home Depot or Lowes because you can actually find what you're looking for. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.

If you can get it here, get it here. Today I exchanged a Sodastream C02 canister, which I bought yesterday. It ended up being an empty…so they exchanged it for a new one, 0 questions asked without needing my receipt. Always make sure the SS canisters have a blue seal on them when you pick one up!

Excellent service from Tom regarding a recent purchase of a grill. He was very knowledgeable and eager to learn which model fit our family’s particular needs.

This hardware store has the best employees! If they see you (me) walking around with a blank, confused expression they're right there to help (which is the opposite of frantically hunting down someone at the big box hardware stores). Dunn's has been our family go-to place for years and I highly recommend them!

I prefer shopping the locally owned stores before resorting (if necessary) to the big box stores. This place has a wonderful selection even including canning supplies and Corelle-ware. I love it! The people are friendly and we get our lawn mower maintained here. Such a local gem! I hope they always stay in business!!

We love this store and the people that work there. Being a first time home buyer, there are a ton of things I'm doing that I've never done before. Drywall patching and tile in the kitchen, garden box building, and more. Dave at Dunn has helped me through everything. He never rushes me and actually cares to see pics of the before and after shots.

I brought my Dad here to get him away from Home Depot (you know that place where you can't get any help and there's really only 2-3 people in the store that ACTUALLY know what they're talking about). I've started purchasing bigger ticket items here because I can ask questions to the staff AND for the Ace Satisfaction Guaranteed Promise (look that up if you don't know about it).

Be sure to bring pictures with any challenges you are facing. Also sign up for the rewards card. I've already gotten TWO 5 dollar off coupons when spending 20 and the staff told me they still take them even after they expire.

Everyone knows what they are doing. I was going to anew hardware store 5 min from my house to get Benjamin Moore paint. The person that was helping me had little knowledge of what he was doing. I just said I'm going to Dunn hardware. It took me 20 min at least to get there but it was worth it.

I've been going to this location for a number of years. I have to say that the staff never fails me. If the person I'm speaking with doesn't have an answer for my question they find someone who does! That's what you want when you go to a hardware store. Definitely give this place look during your travels. It's a smaller store and you can actually find a staff person when you need one!

I have always found exactly what I need, staff is friendly and helpful. It doesn't get better than that. Keep up the good work.

Very helpful and attentive service! I had to make a second trip for a bigger pry bar. Was hoping to find band aids. They didn’t have any to sell but their on staff Dr. Dave gave me a band aid from their first aid kit!! Even put it on for me!!!
