CVS

I recently had both my ears flushed of earwax. I had just a few minutes of wait time, felt very comfortable with the person who attended to me and the result was extremely effective. I had only observed an issue with one ear but it turns out both ears needed flushing and I experienced a marked improvement in my hearing afterwards. I would definitely want to return to be treated by the attendant at this location. Thank you.

I absolutely love the CVS! I recently made a few purchases that I needed to return, and unfortunately lost my receipt. The manager went well above and beyond checking the computer systems to find my receipt in order for me to get my full return for my items. All of the cashiers are friendly and know many of the patrons by their first name, and the store is clean and organized. So happy this is my local CVS!

Sean, the manager at the Lyndhurst store, saved our day! My son is extremely allergic to poison ivy. We were leaving early that morning for a camping weekend and I realized I was out of Zanfel Poision Ivy wash. I saw there was none left on the shelf at CVS and when I asked Sean if there was any more, he sifted through several boxes to find the one that he saw had come in. He did not have to do that. I was so very grateful to him for going above and beyond. Thanks Sean!

I just spoke to a fabulous pharmacy rep. tonight 2/6 @ 7:35p. She was super helpful, polite and friendly. She demonstrated the true definition of exceptional customer service. I wish I had got her name. When you have migraines nothing but medication works for me. I can’t thank her enough. Thank you for having an employee who goes above and beyond!!

Always excellent, consistent and I never have to wait. It's very much my CVS living so close to it. The staff knows me in the store and the pharmacy. This place brims with the best customer service in any business I've ever been in!! Thank you to them!!
