Looking for Kombucha; they had it right next to the checkout! That was a terrific way to help customers get in and out quickly when they are in a hurry!! Also, when I dropped my key to the car inside the store, they saved it for me at Customer Service. Either the customers are very helpful, or the employees are very observant! 🙂

Solid HEB experience.
Staff is super helpful & will go the extra mile for you.
Prices are low & they always have coupons, or Buy X for Y, or B1G1 deals, so it makes saving that much easier.
The deli & bakery are excellently staffed with great people who will help you get what you're craving or planning.
Everything is laid out perfectly, the store is always clean, staff are always around, & checkout is usually super quick.

I just stopped by HEB to put some gas in and I got in and out with no problems. Thank you HEB for trying your best to keep your gas pumps secure and keeping skimmers out of them.

Love very clean nice people, but hard to find a parking space.

HEB is the best grocery store in Texas, no question. The best selection of meat, seafood, local organic vegetables and attention to their customers needs unmatched. I continue to shop at this HEB and all the others because of the quality and service.

I think the main thing is that I have never had a bad experience at this store. This says something about the clientele as much as the employees. There is just a different atmosphere and class lacking in some other grocery stores. I especially like the pharmacy. The staff always know my name and are quite helpful.

Always busy but they offer curbside pick up, they have a pharmacy drive thru, and the self check outs are quick and easy.

This HEB location is conveniently located near Medical Center. The store layout is easy to navigate and the shelves are well stocked. They have a great selection of fresh produce, bakery/deli products and beer/wine. The customer service was outstanding. The cashier I encountered was very cheery, smiled and was very helpful. The store is kept clean and organized.

They usually have a better selection of hot foods than other locations. Selection and quality of products are great.

Got what I needed in and out quickly. Only cut up watermelon 🍉 available.😥no whole watermelons, out yet.

Huge supermarket including a pharmacy department with reasonable prices compared to other competitors especially concerning medical stuff! That’s my personal opinion and I would return.

The staff in Pharmacy was absolutely phenomenal. They all worked together to get everyone their prescriptions quickly and would speak with my son and I while we waited. He even got to pick out what flavor medicine he could have! A big thanks to this H.E.B. for making our night so easy 👍

HEB is always my go to store when shopping for groceries and other home goods. I have never gotten poor service at any HEB store, and I have been to many all around Texas. This location did not disappoint, everything I needed was in stock, and the cashier had me in and out. Kudos to the staff!

This HEB has a decent amount of everything. I usually get in and out quickly. Been shopping here for years now

To whomit may concern. Mr. But. ( H. E. B) SURPLUS the "elite", consumers. Very great atmosphere, surplus environment. Furthermore great prices , sources, items miscellaneous, including alcohol beverages. Consumers are " RIGHT". WE understand at different locations varies with grocery items. But everything ( I ), (WE), (US), + (CONSUMERS). GOOD GROCERY STORE, ONLY IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS. TX DPS. 1. GOD 2. FAMILY 3. O.A H.E.B

Estella in bakery thanks for taking time to help me navigate the HEB app manually after it didn't want to scan on my phone. Unfortunately, the coupon didn't work at cash register. They has to do it manually as well.

This is my go to store for everything. Staff helpful, always clean and bright inside
