CVS

I've been using this CVS pharmacy for many years now. It's a very busy one. Although the techs appear to have been over-worked since the 2020 Covid days, and there are new ones frequently (trainees?), the vast majority have had wonderful attitudes, offer generous information on alternative meds when I've asked about this and can get through those computer screens quickly. Also, this store is customarily very clean, well maintained and stocks a myriad of household items. Thanks to all who work here and strive to do well!

I love my CVS store. Everyone is helpful and considerate. I especially want to say Phillip is the best. He is very helpful, understanding, and has answered any question I have asked. He is very knowledgeable about his job.

Surprisingly utilitarian! More geared towards the service of tourists or travelers. Found velvet slippers! But no squishmallows? Some rabbits and rabbit baskets for Easter.
Lots of necessary stuff that people forget to carry or have no space for in their luggage. It's a bit boring and expensive.
The makeup racks are well organized. Good collection of snacks and drinks.
Staff could not tell me the difference between extra care and care pass memberships. 🙄 had to look it up myself. 5$ per month versus free.

Went to get my flu shot today. The process was on time and fairly speedy considering there were only three workers, one pharmacist and two techs. I did hear the phone going off that there were calls waiting but it is understandable considering they were doing covid testing, getting my flu shot ready, and still fulfilling prescriptions, and again, there were only three of them. Staff was also very friendly and courteous.

Since moving to San Antonio my husband and I have used this pharmacy to fill our prescriptions. Katherine, the Pharmacist, is truly OUTSTANDING. She is extremely knowledgable about every medication. She is also very patient and cares about helping each customer. I always feel comfortable talking to Katherine about my medication. She delivers exemplary customer service every time I am fortunate enough to work with her. Thank you so much, Ms. Katherine!

I usually avoid this CVS because no one is usually around to help but I met Luis today and he made this trip worth the gamble. He was super helpful in getting me the things I needed.

My Husband and I shop here very frequently. We have always been greeted in a friendly manner by the awesome employees.
This evening, the Pharmacist Qaizz discovered the wrong medication had been prescribed to our family member. Mr. Qaizz help us a great deal with getting the correct medicine. We are extremely grateful that he caught this error and did everything possible to help us get exactly what our family member needed. He also gave me my Shingles Vaccine and explained, in perfect details, the possible side effects and the steps I need to take. I am very grateful for the diligence, courtesy, and professionalism demonstrated by Pharmacist Qaizz and the Pharmacy Technician. Job well done! Thank you ever so much Gentlemen.

The best pharmacy around. James makes you feel like your visiting a small hometown pharmacist with his caring and sincerity and personal feel. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices arent hiked up like Walgreens either.

Austin was so helpful last night when I had technically issues in printing copies for work. He really went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed done. He was pleasant and patient with my questions, also even though I went in just before closing time. I will definitely go back to his store on Wurzbach more often, knowing I will receive fabulous service!
