Party City

I run one of the largest chiropractic companies in DFW. The gentleman at the front register the example employee I would look to have at the front desk of our clinics. Greeting every individual with “Welcome to the party” and engaging with them to make them smile upon entering. Good job on finding this individual Party City! Great atmosphere

Marshall's service should be bottled and sold!!! To say his service level is amazing would be an understatement. I will forever use this location as long as Marshall is here!!! Above and beyond the call of duty, stellar service.

Great first experience. The manager was very friendly and so were the other staff members. I had to return something unused and unlike other party City stores, they were very reasonable.

I glanced inside to see their selection of Party Supplies for a birthday we have coming up. They had a ton of cute stuff. Everything you would need for a birthday at home which is becoming the norm these days with Covid-19. So, if you are in a pinch and don't want to pay amazonian prices, then they are open. You do have to wear a mask. They have both party and catering supplies and are currently underway to clear out the summer stuff to make room for Halloween! I looked at their balloons and they have pretty much almost anything you can think of. They carry wedding favors and bachelorette stuff too if you need it. They also have baby's first as well as retirement party stuff. There is an aisle of candy so make sure if you don't want to leave the store with a cavity to leave your sweet tooth at home.

The staff was super nice and informative. Prices are high as expected, but I prefer the quality. Clean store and easy to find products.

This is a great store. It's clean, best amount of product. You can call ahead and they will have your order ready for you to come in and pickup. The BEST STAFF ever. Happy, kind, polite, and helpful. Teresa is a great manager. This store deserves more than five stars.

The Party City in Richardson is the best. The people who work there are always friendly and Knowledgeable. They really go out of their way to give you a wonderful experience when you walk through the door. Big thanks to Shawn for helping me with my event purchase.

I would like to write this review is about Mr. Rodney, too! It was my first time to be there today. He is not only welcoming also very kind an polite. It is obvious that he has a very good vibe that fills the whole store in. I was so appreciative with his service. Thanks, Rodney! This 5 star for this place is only for YOU.

Two young ladies working the balloons right before close both offered to go above and beyond to help me get what I needed

Rodney in Richardson was the best! I was stressed out with a last minute balloon order. He was smiling, relaxed and funny. He made sure my balloons were ready on time. When a large balloon popped while I was stuffing them in my car, he quickly replaced it! Thank you Rodney. Must mention the manager and entire staff who gladly answered all my questions with helpful suggestions! Great experience!

This review is about Mr. Rodney! He deserves a raise! This man was very attentive and had the best attitude towards everything! He is the the light of this store every time we walk in! More people like him please! Cannot stress it enough, he is such a nice person! Amazed at his attitude.

They have a great selection of decorations plus balloons. Staff is friendly :)

The staff here are so nice. I must look so lost when I walk in not knowing what I want or need, and they are always quick to recognize my lost expression and offer ideas and assistance. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. They make it very easy for me to get birthday decorations for co-workers at the office. Good job, Party City!

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Took time to show me where items were located. I was in and out in very short time with their kindness.

They were very busy so yes, there was a line, but everyone working there was hustling like crazy! I noticed a young woman came a bit late after informing her supervisor, shift lead, I’m not sure who he was, but he didn’t admonish her. He was so kind and polite, said he understood, and the young lady got to work (at superhuman speed I might add) just shows the store cares about its people. Rodney was the checkout person and was extremely kind, friendly, easygoing, and just a gem for that store. I hardly ever frequent Party City, but I was really impressed by what I saw. Great teamwork and great attitudes!

Give Rodney a raise!! That guy is awesome. I’ve never had an experience at a Party City that left me thinking, “wow what incredible customer service” but today was that day. Rodney was funny, kind and helpful. He cheerfully greeted everyone who came into the store and enthusiastically tried to help them. Don’t underestimate what good customer service can do for your brand. And promote Rodney STAT.
