We went in and bought a torch and when we got home the first one we bought glitched and flames came out of the nozzle where you adjust the flame speed. We called them and came back in and they apologized for the bad torch and sold us one of higher quality for the same price and let us test it before leaving. Every time we’ve gone in they’ve been friendly and happy to help, it’s a refreshing almost in there as well
