Balnaly was incredibly helpful and provided superb customer service. She was able to listen to what I needed help with, give me several options of solutions, all while serving multiple other people that arrived coincidentally at the same time. 10/10 will go again solely for her assistance. Any accolade/raise will not serve her justice because she deserves more!

Desmond has the best customer service i have seen in a long time. Very knowledgeable of the products and went the extra mile to assist me with explaining all the different models i was asking about. He made my desision easy and showed me what phone would work the best for me.
