Staples

As a former employee and Supervisor, I'd like to apologize for any bad review I may have caused. This store is full of hard-working employees and managers, doing their best with what they have. I would have to suggest that if anyone has any issues in the building before writing something negative that may impact an associates employment see the upper management in the building, The General Manager and Sales Manager are always available to customers' needs.

This Staples has some of the best workers around. Special thanks to Karina, Gabby, Nicholas, and Rahual. Those workers are keepers forever.

All the other customers who are leaving bad reviews are clearly the bottom of the barrel of retail shoppers who clearly come in to staples thinking they own it and make their own rules. I've seen these customers in the store while I was shopping and the management need to step up and ban these said customers.

Also, I left a review before, and upon inspection it was deleted. I will be reporting this to staples corporate as it violates the consumer review fairness act.

Great location, conveniently located on route one southbound... there is a ton of parking, the location is clean, the staff was super informative and professional, and the store was very well organized. They have all of your copy, printing, and office needs. They also now have cleaning supplies and some light snacks along with water and some other miscellaneous items...

I've been at this Staples a few times, needing help with pictures. Today, I had a very unusual request of resizing and cropping my picture. It was apparently difficult to accomplish but when Simran took over, she was able to accomodate all my requests. Thanks Simran for the high knowledge, patience, and kindness.

Girl named Natasha in prints did an amazing job helping over 6 people (ALL AT ONCE!!!) while the floor manager decided to give us the excuse "I can't help you with printing" (how are you the floor manager and can't help us???)

Met with exemplary and outstanding service today. I was greeted who I now know is the manager, to assist in purchasing an ergonomic office chair. The manager checked in the back for additional stock of ergonomic chairs and found one just for my need. I haven't had this type of customer svc in a long time. Manager and crew were simply awesome!

The two young ladies at the printing counter were so incredibly helpful to us! She trimmed our printouts for us and even helped us again when WE made an error in the size. I highly recommend coming here if you need something printed! Very helpful, very polite and, honestly, very kind people!!

Bought a keyboar today from the staples on green street. The keyboard
was about $100. When I went home, I realized that they keyboard was missing a wire. I went back to the store and the IT person and the manager helped me out. Very Good Customer Service !!! I would only buy from this store !!! Been Customer for over 20 Years . . .

I came in really late right before closing and panicked because my invitations were not printing properly for my moms retirement party. Everyone was so sweet and helpful, especially the man working in the printing section. I’m so upset i forgot his name. He was running around helping everyone but kept his cool and was super professional. He printed all of them for me and just made me feel so relaxed and taken care of. He literally saved my night, thank you so much!!

María, the sale associate in the printing center is AMAZING! She is so helpful and tries her best to help with your printing services. She has so much patience and takes her time to fulfill your order.

I purchased a tablet from Staples- and Mina was excellent! He demonstrated excellent customer service skills and really took care of me. He asked me a bunch of questions and got me exactly the Tablet that I needed. If you want a good experience shopping at Staples- come to this store and talk to Mina!!!! :)

I've been here many times, and I found the staff knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. I cannot understand the negative reviews. I suspect those who were unhappy went there at extremely BUSY TIMES OF THE DAY OR WEEK. And that I suggest you TRY AGAIN.

I went online to view the store hours when i happened to look at the last two customer reviews. Both drastic opposites of the same manager Mina. I decided that this guy has to be a d*** since he actually decided to review himself. So i decided to seek this guy out and see what he is really about. By chance he was actually working today so i need to purchase a printer. I was acting a bit rude and condescending on purpose to see his rudness come out. I have to say this guy did not lose his professional composure once. The whole time spoke calmy and with respect never once giving me any type of attitude. After a while i dropped my attitude and gave this guy a chance at a normal conversation. I went in for a printer and he had me walk out with a brand new laptop to go along with it. He even set me up with 2 years of full protection which i almost never get but he explained all the benifits and it was stupid NOT to get it.
VERDICT:
Mina the manager is an asset to his store. In all my years of going to retails stores i have never had a more pleasant experience. And if that's not enough lets keep in mind i was completely determined to have a customer service nightmare. Staples has earned a customer for life thanks to a horrible review.

I had the best customer service experience in this store. Barbara is not only friendly but incredibly competent as well. I patronage this locale every year around the holidays and Barbara remembered me the moment I walked in.Not only was my order filled faster than expected but i was served within 2 minutes of arriving. Thank you!

This is a VERY busy location ! But Barbara did her best to help me get in and out today! She was warm and accommodating! She did a phenomenal job on my sisters baby shower invitations! Thank you Barbara !!!

Staff was very helpful. My son needed some supplies for a school project and even though they didn't have exactly what we needed, they helped us improvise to make it work.

Staples staff at this location is cooperative, especially Edmund (cashier)- very soft spoken gentleman and always help customers to save some money or give some useful tips.
Such employee makes customers visit again and again!

Great staff at Staples, I've always had a good interaction with them. And the Christmas tree guys there are the best NJ! $32 for an 8 foot tree that lasts two months. Can't beat it!

Staples location in Iselin NJ is excellent. Their printing services are superb. Jason is an expert printologist specialist. He is on point, very professional, you won't be disappointed with his expertise.
