Nice looking and quality items good prices, clean and organized. This gazebo is heavy duty, and looks beautiful in person. Price is good too. Also other nice outdoor furniture.

I just want to say thank you to the assistant store Manager Dion (hope I spelled your name right). He helped me with an online order I made. I have had a very rough yr as my Mom/best friend died in June at 59 yrs old and I am the only child. His help and calm nature brought me a sense of calm during this very sad season of mine. Thank you Dion and biglots! You never know what a person is going through so nice to experience amazing customer service.

Clean store, nice selection, good prices and some interesting finds.

I always forget how much I actually like biglots until I go in and see all the amazing deals. I really loved this one because everything was clean and organized in a way that was easy to navigate.

The dude with the dreads that works the furniture area is a beast! Not only with handling customers, which it was only him and he was taking care of three different customers very well. Then when it came to the couch I was looking for, since they didn’t have it he checked all local stores and when nothing was available. He provided the info for when new shipment comes in so that I know when to check for the incoming couch. Besides the great customer service, the store is very well maintained. The manager was handling a returns issue with an irate customer and he kept his professionalism and even solved the customers problem and she left smiling. I’ll be back here first for my furniture purchase.

I always find what I need

Great finds for a cheap price. The place was recently renovated and they have a lot more cooler things now. From household items to gazebos. I love coming here. Just stay away from the food. Or at least be careful what you buy.

Excellent store my new go to place

Robert Santana in the furniture section was awesome! Very helpful, and super accommodating to all our needs. Also, Juan the store manager was very professional and helped guide us through all our requests. Jermaine in the furniture section also called other stores to see if they had the exact furniture we were looking for. Overall excellent service all around, kudos to these guys. Will definitely be returning just based on their hospitality alone. 5 stars!

Great selection of products. I just bought a bookshelf from here for $35+tax. Probably gonna buy my next quilt from this place. They're inexpensive and they have a pretty wide selection. If you want a basic toaster or food processor, this is the place. They also sell furniture which doesn't look bad. I'll give this place a visit when I buy a Recliner/Lazyboy chair. Sat on a few here and they were very comfortable. Give it a shot. Even if you don't buy anything during your visit, just browse. If you have a little money, don't be surprised if you leave with a little something...
