AT&T Store

CJ was excellent and found a great deal on a car charger. Was very helpful in setting up my sim card. Recommended some tips on taking care of my phone. Please keep CJ. Lol

I love the store the staff makes you feel wanted and they don’t have you waiting address my concern and fix my problem. I recommend this store you will not be disappointed

This was an incredible experience! Such wonderful customer service and support. Sam was totally amazing! She was more helpful than anywhere I’ve been! AT&T is wonderfully lucky to have her! I’m lucky to have had her for customer service!

I’m a bit late in writing this but I can’t let another day go by without shouting out the AMAZING staff at this store!! Long story short, I attempted to change plans over the phone and wound up with an unusable phone and unreadable SIM. After stopping at two other AT&T stores and being turned away, I wound up here because of its great ratings. It’s safe to say these ratings don’t miss! Right away, CJ sat down and investigated the issue with my phone. He took it upon himself to call AT&T support and stayed on the phone with them to help me explain the situation. He and another staff member diligently tinkered with my phone and made sure I wasn’t sent out empty handed. The care and patience they provided was unmatched to any other AT&T store I’d previously been to (these other stores seemed hell-bent on passing the buck and wiping their hands clean). This store will officially be my go-to for as long as I’m in DFW. Loved the service I received and I’m proudly writing this on a new, perfectly operating phone. Can’t thank this crew enough for their dedication, especially CJ!!!!

This store is exceptional! Truly! They don't treat you like a number but actually care about people and helping. If AT&T could use this as a model store they would be doing good! Jeremy helped me I cannot say enough about him. Let's just say he deserves a raise for they way he treats his customers....It's truly exceptional!

Had an awesome experience getting my new phones. The rep that assisted me was very helpful and gave me multiple options for the products. The best visit I've had at any AT&T store.
The manager Cliff made sure my transaction went well and was very courteous.

The guys here were really helpful and the store was slow enough for them to take their time with our issue. The visit was very quick and they were able to answer all our questions and somehow knew how to make the experience enjoyable, which was a shock. Definitely the best phone shop I've ever been in.

Very helpful and super fast! Got me fixed up and into a new iPhone when I busted mine! Even took the time to put on my protective phone case, so I wouldn't destroy my screen again. Would recommend!

Great store of reps and the manager Rey Is on point came in for a charger left with my bill cut in half and a new phone

I wasn’t looking forward to the process of getting a new phone after mine was acting up, but Rocia upgraded me and got me all set up with a new case/cover and charger, and even informed me of the cheaper option of paying off my phone and trading it in. Any other store probably would have had me paying a crazy amount of money to get another phone. This location’s staff is awesome and personable and made this experience so much more enjoyable. Give Rocia a raise, she’s killin it 👏🏼

After many hours on the ‘phone’ and getting nothing resolved I went to my neighborhood AT&T store. Rey answered all my questions in a way that I understood the plans Ihad in place and even helped me bundle my programs. I was treated with utmost respect by Rey and also Dylan. My experience wss a GREAT one.
