TJ was my customer service rep took care of me. Great customer service, fast and friendly was 50% items with no problem. he was patient with me and has support for management team because I did have a lot of items.

I really like this store. Everything is nicely stocked and employees are really friendly. Much more friendlier than those other stores. Make sure you register as a member to take advantage of the lower prices. The membership is free.

Exceeds all requirements of a good grocery store. Great fruit and vegetables. The only real complaint is the reward program. It takes a lot of work to get the discounts.

We recently went to the store's bakery and we were immediately helped. She walked us through the options of ordering the cake, gave us awesome decoration and coloring ideas. She was so very helpful. The cake turned out so cute with fun details, and it tasted great! I wish I remembered to take a picture.

They have a Monday Chicken special I think like eight pieces for like $6 or $5 the chicken is okay when you don't feel like cooking and the main thing that I like here is the floral department I noticed that they have cute gifts balloons flowers and a few exotic fruits from time to time throughout the store it also has a Starbucks inside very well maintained!

The food from the deli is awesome. Ganell is a great cook and his customer service is above awesome. He should be teaching how it's done. When you go in, the deli will be on your left. Ask for Ganell for great service.

Great service, helpful individuals, super high prices but that is to be expected with price inflations and all. Yet they do have a nice selection of buy one get two meets free. It is not my assistant shopping spot but it is close and convenient. Get steel completely overpriced

The store location is easy to find and accessible. It was clean, well- stocked, and not a lot of people. I was able to find my items and check out quickly. Prices were a little higher than I am used to but the produce was beautiful and I didn't have to pick through battered and bruised to find produce I wanted to take home.

The cashier Santa is very nice and helpful.
Update:I'm in the store today looking for frozen vegetables. Couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked for help. Ask the black lady that was up front for help. She turns around with a What you want to look. Rude!!! She was very ghetto and rude. But I'm sure she has that attitude due to the fact she has to look at that ugly in the mirror every day.Moose mouth ghetto brown tooth heifer

Always clean and well priced

Large neat & clean store with a large inventory. Friendly Staff. Quick check-out. Plenty of safe parking. Pricing can be a bit interesting with some items being way over priced with many other items being way under priced. Do simple smart shopping & you can do really well.

Skillman Store

Priscilla, Customer Service Manager is the most professional, knowledgeable and kind person ever in the store. The store is always clean and the people are very kind. It is a true pleasure to stop in the store, as the people are so helpful. Priscilla, has trained them the people well. The produce dept. always has nice vegetables and fruit.

Nice grocery store in a peaceful and pleasant town center. Store is exceptionally clean and organized. Customer service was excellent, found all items needed. Will definitely visit again.

I love coming here its usually quiet . The prices are a bit higher but better then dealing with crowds from the other nearby stores. My favorite item is the chocolate croissants from the bakery . They have good options for gluten free and dairy free . its limited but they have some vegan items that they carry at whole foods for cheaper prices.

Overall -its convenience and variety that makes it a above-average store.

There has been just a few experiences that have blemished my experience.

But I must say that the staff who do the stocking in the early and late evening have been exemplary in there commitment to providing customer service.

the first Stellar example was a gentleman a few months back who, when the store did not have the 32 oz hazelnut creamer that was on sale, told me that he would communicate with the cashier to honor the price for the two 16 oz containers.

As a new resident in Lake Highlands, that pretty much sense brand loyalty for the store.

Whenever I have had a question or an issue, even when it was clearly marked and I overlooked it, the staff treated me with kindness and respect and congenial banter. Without the overzealous Kroger campaign of making friends with the customers... Offering recipes and whatnot... This felt natural and genuine.

Maybe they just have great people, or the Tom Thumb corporate custermer engagement model is doing well.

My local grocery store. Some of the prices are rather high but overall the staff is exceptionally friendly and very very helpful. It's because of the staff and the cleanliness of the store that keeps me coming back..... , but then again it is the only grocery store in my entire neighborhood.

They are pricey, but I have to say they have the best flower arrangements and delicious dessert options 🍰

Thank u Tom Thumb u were a life saver I had been looking for some Southern Comfort vanilla spice eggnog for a week thank GOD u had it, i was jumping for joy. Thanks a million. Kroger didn't have it walmart didn't have it fiesta didn't have it, save a lot didn't have it, target didn't have it but u did. Thank u.

Great food in the deli. Awesome Starbuck outlet. Love the flourist section. Fresh meat section has always been devoid of oders. I could go on and on about this Tom Thumb. Keep up the good work guys!
