They have a PayPal installment plan that is easily managed through PayPal. When you do pick-up and see that your charge had been complete:

PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE AT THE PICK-UP DESK. IF YOU DID THE ONLINE PURCHASE WITH THE INSTALLMENT PLAN WITH PAY-PAL, YOU-ARE-SET.

You just need to let the clerk know that you did the online installment purchase and they will provide the receipt, you may need to cancel the charge at the card reader for the receipt to process fully. You will be charged regardless AND KEEP THE RECEIPT.

Great staff. Another furniture store closed early and I couldn't get my order.
I called Big Lots and the girl working the furniture counter checked, and had the mattress I wanted in stock. I arrived in store, and got to check out the mattresses. I chose the one I wanted (they had multiple in stock), and they even loaded it.

Amazing service and great staff. I wish more places had employees like the ones here.

Went to this location to get one of the infamous cat backpacks. None were on the shelf, and I found Josh and talked to him. Josh is amazing. I think his name tag said freight manager. He made it his personal mission to find me one of those backpacks, and he did. He was so friendly and he really seemed to care about the big lots brand image. I’m not a normal big lots customer but I am now. Thanks Josh!

Excellent visit! I haven't been to this store in a long time but so glad we stopped in today. And the young man at the counter was very nice and friendly.

Love this location, everyone is really nice and courteous. Also, very helpful it's one of my favorite retail stores.

I took my 3 yr old daughter here and she picked out some squishy toys. When we got to counter to pay I realized I left my wallet at home. The gal that was working the cash register was very sweet about it. We told her we was gonna run home and grab wallet. She said she would hold the squishie's at counter for my daughter. When we returned she remembered who we were and greeted us with a big smile. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Awesome place for dog toys

Wonderful sales girl, Constance (I think) went out her way to price check, be attentive and listen to my questions and so pleasant. Even with her mask on you could see the smile in her eyes. Then cashier, Richard, brought me a cart to help me. When ringing up my purchases he checked the tops on hand soaps to be sure they were not loose, bagged them separate from my food items and double bagged for safety. Both of these helped and explained how the Wi-Fi was weak and to stand close door to pull Big Lots coupon. Made my day and made me feel they were glad to have my business.

Bought couch that im exceptionally pleased with. The young lady was very professional, friendly and thorough explaining everything. My only friend was the delivery. The delivery truck is a third party and starts at $75. I rented a truck and brought to my home for ,$40.

Big Lots has came a long way! New merchandise and with the exception of the good aisles, shelves are neat and uncluttered. As I stated, good aisles need work. While I won't but good there, I will shop for everything else there!

Doing some shopping and was on my way to Wal-Mart, which honestly I'm not a fan lately, they are closing my favorite Wally World in J-town so I was going to do my weekly shopping at a another of the million Walmarts. We decided to stop in Big Lots since it's on the way. I'm sooooo glad we did. The store was well stocked, clean, and the staff was outstanding. I'm hoping to just stop the dreaded Walmart weekly shopping trip all together if possible by combining Big Lots and Kroger, I think I can. Big Lots had so many items. The selection in health and beauty was excellent. The price I pay for my shampoo is half price at Big Lots vs the previous mentioned store . Great pet selection. From dog treats to collars, leashes and anything my furbabies could want.It had been a while since I had been there, but I'll be back this week and proably most weeks to follow as well. Home goods selection is one of the best and can stand up next to any store in the metro area.. Finally, the staff, especially, Alexis, what a great addition to your staff you have in that employee Big Lots, she was not only friendly, she knew the store and how to assisst a customer. She could see we weren't familiar with the customer rewards program, so she reminded us and found us to be already in the system and showed us the advantages to that program that saved us 10 dollars on that visit. It's employees like this that keep customers coming back to stores. It's unbelievable to me how the Corporate Offices and owners don't get that their employees can make or break them in the long run, this case Alexis made this a new favorite for my family. Professional to say the very least about Alexis. Please forgive me if the name is a little off, it could me Alexa and I'm sorry if I got it wrong her name should have been remembered by me. Honestly, she was the final reason I will visit this Big Lots on a regular basis and leave the others all together. BRAVO BIG LOTS!!!°

20% off store wide today only. Everything except dairy, frozen, fresh foods. I'm going to build a fairy garden and found lots of items for it. Fairy garden items are 25% off with an additional 20% store wide sale. That's 45% off. I am going to have a beautiful fairy garden this year. I shopped at the Big Lots on Newcut Rd. I assume the 20% sale is in all stores but am unsure about that. Coupon is online so probably so.

We went to purchase a futon mattress. I didn't think the Dixie Highway location had furniture, so we went to Preston Highway and they were closed. Sign on the door that they would be reopening soon at a new location. So then I called Newcut Rd to see if they had the furniture department and they did, so we went there, only they were out of what we wanted (not their fault, I didn't ask before heading there lol) but they looked up to see if any other stores had it in stock and she said Dixie Highway had 2 in stock......the one closest to my house that I didn't think had furniture. So we got our futon mattress last night and they even rolled it out to our car and helped load it.

Simple and fast as always. Overall great shopping experience like always 😌

I went in for one thing, came out with many. I haven't been here for a few years. I fully intend on coming back soon.
