Was in the market for new running shoes and am so glad I went here to buy. Had 2 excellent people waiting on me - both knowledgeable runners who could really guide me on the pros and cons of different styles for my needs. Ended up with a great pair of sneakers... It has been a long time since I've had this sort of positive sneaker shopping experience so had to share. Highly recommend.

The sales staff was very helpful. They were very quick to offer lots of shoe options. I was so happy with their service, that I ended up wearing my new shoes out of the store.

Swags sports shoe store on New cut road. Swags is a wonderful place for your feet to walk into. Ali and her crew go out of there way to make sure that your feet and your body are aligned with each other. I've been coming here for the last few years for shoes and now my work boots. They never fail to make sure that my feet are comfortable. They always have a smile on their face and go out of their to find the correct shoe for my feet. I've been an adidas man for many years. However, I thought I'd go get my foot properly sized to see if there might be a better fit for my running game. The sales associate that assisted me was very friendly and curious.

Informed me on some things I didn't know about my foot previously and tried on several other brands. Even though I still went with the adidas I'm glad I didn't go online and buy something different that I would have regretted.

You can't go wrong with Swags for quality shoes. Been a customer for over 20 years. Hats off to Rob for all his help and patience helping me find a shoe that fit like a hand in a glove. Sadie and Aubrey were very attentive and did a great job.
Back a second time tonight and Paige was terrific helping me find more shoes that worked perfectly for me. I ended up buying another pair.
