Love Kohl's for great prices on quality, name brand items. Absolutely love that they are a quick & easy way to do Amazon returns. Especially appreciate that the returns are right up front now & so easy. Great staff is always friendly & helpful!

The store obviously had a makeover! Everything looked polished and organized! We were approached as soon as we arrived in the store. Previous visits were difficult due to merchandise on the floor OR having to look through a pile of disorganized clothing. The associate who checked us out was extremely friendly and helpful.

Today while my son and I were in the return line, an elderly lady had passed out while waiting. The team was so calm and very efficient with helping her and getting her what she needed and never left her side. I was very impressed with how they all handled the situation. Kudos to all involved! Hope she was able to get sable enough to get home🥰

Pick-up associate went out of her way to help me. Long lines in checkout but they went quickly. I do most of my Christmas shopping for my big family online with Kohl's.

Friendly service. Cashier did her best to find coupons etc for lower prices. Second time I was able to have same person. Very helpful.

Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the clerks were. Even though there was a long line during the Christmas shopping season, the employees kept things moving at a good pace.

Helpful staff, always at least one coupon in the app, and they carry quality brands. My daughter loves that Sephora is inside the store.

Very clean store! Selection was a bit skewed. The signage stated two sizes of pillows were available, but only one was. No biggie. Available was my cashier. She was happy to be alive. It's nice to see someone as pleasant as she was. Well, the register went wonky and Ava maintained her composure while apologizing to me. I wasn't in a hurry. We waited for assistance from Julie, who was very professional. She made polite small talk while she fixed the problem. Outstanding!!!

So many items to choose from. Some items squeezed together and hard to look at. Great holiday clearance items.
