I usually buy all my plants here. They have a great selection and are decently priced, but make sure you check/spray for bugs immediately! Also, always check the clearance plant cart, I've gotten some great deals, and most of them just need a little water and some TLC!

My husband and I spent an hour at another local store with little help and pricing rarely posted. At Home Depot we were asked multiple times if we needed help. We had a rep that was very helpful and showed us options on the computer, printed specs and emailed info. Another rep showed us around another area and helped with questions.
We were very happy with the level of service and transparency of pricing. We will definitely go back!

Great chain stores for tools and materials for the D-I-Y homeowners. The staff are typically helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Great Home Depot with an even better location. Most things are easy to find and the staff are very helpful. Fair enough prices and is located right next to the local ice cream spot.

This Home Depot was well organized and hired good people to work there. They answer questions accurately and know where things are which stands in stark contrast to the New Orleans stores (as well as the New Orleans Lowe’s) where people know basically nothing and are not motivated to help. I was able to accomplish what I needed here and enjoyed the trip.

From San Diego we recently built a house here, Not a big fan of home depot in California but here it's got a different vibe, the customer service is much better

I've been to many of the Home Depot's stores so this is based on this store. They were well stocked in the cabinet hardware and although we weren't ready to buy one of the items due to the volume we need they at least had them. Plenty of parking helpful staff. I was able to use the veterans discount which is appreciated as most items seem to not qualify.

I’ve had the best experience last week and again today with Mary, in the Pro Desk Dept. She gave me valuable time saving information about a deck I am planning. Just returned from my second interaction with her, and she had recalled most of the details regarding my needs…highly unusual in the current retail marketplace!
I left with that great satisfying impression that I could call and ask any questions about my order, and she not only had the ability to help out, but was more than happy to! It’s been awhile since connecting in such a positive way at any similar retail places.

Went for Tom Cat "Press & Set" mouse traps, (NOT rodenticide ones.) Checked online first. They listed having 900+ at that specific store!!! I only bought six! Staff knew right where they were. I guess I 'm not the only one with rodent problems.

House rules: Wild animals are supposed to stay outdoors! Am I the only one who pets them and apologizes before throwing their poor little carcass out into the snow?! Something eats 'em...

I have frequently asked for assistance from rather dim-seeming men who had trouble understanding questions i asked or who assumed that i, as a woman, didn’t know what i was talking about. I’ve been a woodworker for over 30 years. When i have technical questions or complex problems to solve, I go to LaValleys or ask a colleague.
The other day i bought two Inexpensive fans. I was astonished when i had difficulty assembling them. The manual was useless. So i went to the service/return desk and was helped by Holly. She gave me almost an hour of her time as we tried to come up with alternate means of accomplishing an adequate assembly. We did, in the end. But i have never had as good an experience in HD since it opened in West Lebanon. Holly is a gem. Finally a sharp, thoughtful, and considerate member of your staff! She was polite and intelligent and even considered that i came all the in from 45 miles away to resolve my issue (90 miles round trip).

Lynne from garden center went above and beyond to help me get the flowers I wanted for a special memorial. Heard her conversation with other customer too and she was very helpful with him. It's obvious she knows her job and seems great with customers.

I have the card. I shop there when I need stuff. Today it happened to be a new cactus 🌵.

Always has what I need for a good price. Sometimes I go elsewhere for lumber such as LaValleys or Foggs Hardware but overall Home Depot will get the job done. Some of the employees they have clearly don't know what they're doing, but I appreciate them showing up to work regardless
