We have stayed at numerous KOA’s all over the US. This location had the best staff we’ve ever worked with. They had a staffer help back in our RV at 8pm while it was dark and he was so helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. The property was fully decorated for Halloween and our kids loved it! We would highly recommend a stay at this location.

Spent 2 days at this KOA. They were fantastically decorated for upcoming Halloween Holiday. The woman tending the front desk was very helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Great location minutes from Quechee Gorge, Billings, and more. We enjoyed our nights by the fire listening to true vermont ghost stories. 👻

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this KOA. This stellar review will no where come near to matching the kindness and care that the KOA staff showed to me and my family during the 2023 Columbus Day Weekend. To make a really long story short, my 8 week old son suffered a very traumatic event that landed him at the Dartmouth PICU for 11 days. This near death medical emergency happened while on the grounds of the KOA. During the emergency responders arrival, the staff and other campers were so helpful and caring. They are part of the reason my son is still with us today.

Needless to say, my husband and I were not planning on staying at the campground for 11 days but when we knew we would be in the area indefinitely, the KOA staff managed to find empty sites (during one of their busiest times of the year — fall foliage) for us to move our airstream to and they also let us extend our stay past their season closing date. From the staff prayers, to the kind letters, this KOA made an unbelievably hard time somewhat more manageable. I am forever indebted to them for their kindness and I look forward to bringing my now 13 week old son back next year for a much more fun and festive experience!

We camp here every year for their Halloween weekend. We bring our daughter and family as well. They stay in one of the cozy cabins. They have tons of activities for the children and adults as well! Highly recommend a stay at this great campground!

We have stayed at a number of KOAs and this was one of the best managed and maintained facilities we have experienced in our travels. The grounds are meticulously cared for by a professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well done.

Update!! I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars, because of the outstanding customer service. I contacted them today (2 weeks after my stay) to say I lost a bumper sticker we had purchased, and could they send us one as a replacement. Their response was speedy, and their level of customer service went above and beyond resolving this issue for me (which was totally my fault and not theirs)!!!!

Original post: We stayed here this past weekend and we loved it! The campground is clean and the staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. They take you to your site, help you park, and are so helpful with deliveries, trash removal and more. The sites are spacious, and some are really really nice with patios, decks, Adirondack chairs etc. We absolutely scoped out which sites we want for our next trip! 4 stars instead of 5 only because the playground and pool are a little small and I’ve been to 1 or 2 KOAs that have a few more activities for little ones on site, but there’s so much to do nearby that it doesn’t detract from the camping experience. Lots of different ways to stay (RV, tent, cabin etc) make this a KOA you won’t be disappointed you came to!

Very nice campsite, sanitary facilities super clean. I was warmly welcomed at the reception. Very nice and helpful staff. You will be led to the camp site. The garbage is picked up at the campsite, a great service. Gas station is also nearby. The place is very well maintained. I'm here for the second time and will definitely come back. I highly recommend the campground. Thanks to the staff 🙏🏼👍🏼 keep it up 👍🏼 Gabriele from 🇨🇭

The staff is super friendly. Camp store pricing and site rates are average pricing with campgrounds in the area. The sites are clean and level. The sites are pretty tight but they have some nice corner and end sites that give you space and as much privacy as you can except for a campground. The pool is well maintained. Can get crowded during peak hours, still refreshing. Great KOA Campground.

Gotta say....if there is any campground with BETTER customer service I'd like see it proven. The staff here treat "customers" like they would family members. Absolutely the best! Want firewood? Text them and it's delivered to your site in minutes. Bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained, sites are spacious and clean, good sized playground, and nice dog park. We will definitely be back.

Traveled to Vermont to visit the Quechee area, look for covered bridges, and make day trips to Woodstock and Burlington. This KOA is a perfect spot to do all of that. The campground is very well kept and clean. Large pull-through spots located in the circle area. Back-in spots are large and level but you do get to know your neighbors. They have numerous cabins of all sizes. Well stocked store. Pool. Bathrooms were very clean. Only one small disadvantage is the noise from Route 4/ Woodstock Ave. Sometimes the trucks get a but noisey but it didn't ruin our stay. I only mention it because you definitely hear it. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this park. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

One of my favorite KOAs. The sites are large and spacious. The cabins are clean and well maintained. Located just mins from woodstock and a major interstate. I have stayed here twice now and have never been disappointed. The staff is great and will help you with anything you need. A must stay in Vermont.

This was an awesome campground. Unfortunately we had brake issues on our 5th wheel which required me to use the office phone several times as we had no cell service. The staff was great about it and I thank them.

Beautiful Campground, well maintained. Great campsite up on the hill. For a packed labor day weekend, it was quiet and peaceful at night.

This is our favorite campground in New England. Beautiful property, well kept campground and sites. Best staff ever. We feel like family when we are there. They truly go the extra mile. It was getting cold Friday and I needed a propane tank filled in case we needed heat.. They came to my site, took the tank, filled it and returned it within 15 minutes at no extra charge. We love to go here and hate to leave.

Service is great. We were led to our site by an employee who gave us a run down on the place. They even deliver wood to the cabin, and text us to make sure we don't need anything. I highly recommend staying with them.

Real rating 4.5 star. The good: the staff was absolutely hands down phenomenal friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The grounds were beautiful kept, clean, neat and beautiful! The bathroom clean, neat, bright and nice! The cabin we stayed in quaint, charming, warm and welcoming! The cabin had AC, HEAT, fridge and a TV!
I will say the mattress was unbearably firm to the point we had to go to Walmart and pick up a mattress pad. The facility said they’d look into replacing it however if you get sore like I do on firm mattresses I’d recommend bringing some extra padding with you. The only other thing was the showers weren’t very hot. I took a shower at about 6:30 before everyone was up and the last shower on the end didn’t get very warm or once I got it almost hot it didn’t stay hot. Not unbearably cold but not hot enough either… I would stay here again! I would recommend it. I would just add to my recommendation if you stay bring a mattress pad.

Great KOA close to many great areas in Vermont. The staff’s care for the park comes through in the cleanliness and care that you see throughout this RV campground. Michele was awesome and helped give us some fantastic dining and experience options to do while we were in town. Sugarbush Farms and the glass blowing shop was very cool. On the way out of town, we stopped by the King Arthur store down the road and really enjoyed the store and cafe.
