There was a mixup with my online order pickup and three associates spent time trying to help me and were able to locate my order even though I had mixed up some numbers. Kudos to Michelle W., Vicki, and Deb B for their efforts. They say they are always willing to help if customers tell them of a problem. The store is also very clean and well organized and neat.

An associate, Carole Leigh, returned to the ladies apparel dept. to find another item for me so I could get a BOGO free item when I reached the checkout. She and her daughter who checked out my sale, were very friendly, helpful and customer oriented.

Gwen was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She never made me feel rushed. She tried different products on me to assure that I would be happy and satisfied. Her knowledgeable assistance and attention made a huge difference in my experience...all too rare these days.

Kohl's is always consistent and has good quality at reasonable prices...even better when they have a sale.

It is rare to find someone with exceptional social skills and I appreciate her dedication and commitment to not only her job but her ability to be friendly and helpful to her customers. I was truly amazed at the work and dedication of the employees in the West Lebanon, New Hampshire store. I took my disabled sister shopping on 1/27/23, she had a low sugar reading while we were checking out and the employees were amazing. They gave her orange juice and crackers and made sure she was alright before we left. Any of the employees that worked that day should be recognized for the overwhelming support and dedication. I am so grateful for all they did above and beyond to make sure their customer was alright. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great selection of clothes for men. Which tend to be hard to find in most clothing stores. They also have restrooms that were able to take my kids into and change them.
