Best place to go for any crafting, decor, needs. Great prices! Staff could be a bit friendlier and knowledgeable but it doesn't affect me going back. I'm a teacher and a painter so always in need of crafts or art supplies plus the discounts always are amazing.

The dock is tricky, make sure you move the carts if you need to, it's going to be a 90 degree alley dock, doesn't look like it, but it's the easiest way in, get out and look multiple times, don't hit the pole. You don't need to be flush for them to unload you, the staff is great and understanding that the spot is difficult, but it can be done,

It seems like this store has always been in Lebanon the store sells canvases different types of paints drawing supplies dyes and things you can craft wood out off this Michael's store sells about everything you would be looking for for art supplies or if your a painter or artist this is a good place for you to go to

I am in to doing crafts so I like to come here often. It's a nice store. The staff is friendly. Some of the stuff is a little pricey. The good thing is there are always sales or coupons for a certain percentage off of your purchase. They almost always have what I'm looking for which is nice.

This is my favorite Michaels. I've been to the one in Rutland, Keene & this location. This location is definitely the best! They have a wide range of items. The only thing I wish they had more of is reusable resin molds. The staff is friendly, you can order stuff and just run in and pick it up. They also typically have a lot of clearance items as well.

Everything you need for crafting and photo framing etc

It's clean, the employees are happy and helpful and I can always find what I need. It isn't crowded during the week. Parking is plentiful with plenty of handicap spaces.

I need to say that I recently upgraded this from a 4 star to a 5 star rating. I can only speak for the framing department here. Everyone I have encountered from the GM to the cashiers are awesome. Friendly and helpful. They are very patient with me during my multiple trips here. Everytime they knock it out of the park. I am grateful to have this store and it's workers in my area.

Sometimes a single employee can make or break a store. Jess in West Lebanon is one of those employees that brightens everyone’s day and makes you want to come back. She is so kind and upbeat from the moment I walked in I could see that she is like that with every single customer. I hope they treat her like the gem she is!

I love Michaels! I paint, knit, crochet, etc. so lots of reasons to go to Michaels. Prices are very reasonable and using the rewards program always knocks off $$ at the register. Only wish they carried more types of yarn than acrylic.

I am writing in regards to an employee that you have by the name of Chrissy, hopefully I have that correct. At any rate this arrives late to you as my experience shopping at this location happened the week of February 25, I also cannot find the receipt that I wrote her name on, ugh!

The reason for the delay is due to the death of my Mom, the reason for my visit to this Michaels was in regards to organizing her service. I am truly grateful that I and my siblings ran into Chrissy, actually she ran into us. Not only did she greet us at the door but she assisted us in helping to decide on multiple items from frames to frame stands, offered suggestions and then proceeded to assist us in finding other items to make my Mom's service one to remember. She did this with such cheerfulness, kindness and considerate courtesy not knowing the real reason for being there that day. My only hope is that someone knows what an asset she is to this location and Michael's overall.

I truly hope that you will pass this on to her, her manager and anyone who can compliment her on her service with my sincere thanks and gratitude.

I "ordered" some stickers, and I do like them. In the past I've "ordered" yarn, rubber cement, and an unpainted wooden box. They were all delicious.

Love love love this dang store. If your a hobby lobby person this is very different. Michaels is more for all craft supply's. But yes you should come in and see. You might fall in love.

I had a cross stitch of the Holy Trinity Icon framed recently at Michael's in West Lebanon and it is beautiful. I appreciate the help with picking the matt and frame. Outstanding choice by the Michael's associate. I worked on the cross stitch over the last 7 years of and on and it contained 36,000 stitches. Thank you for your beautiful work. It is hung in our chapel in our home, St. Gregory the Illuminator. Please let the associate(s)w did the piece know how much I appreciated their work. Be safe everyone.

Great place to buy crafting products

The great staff makes this place very special. A lot of teachers and crafty people. The product selection and displays are excellent. The prices and coupons are so good.

As expected everything we needed at super reasonable prices. My wife loves to get shirts her for her embroidery.

The ladies were very helpful and actually walked me over to the art supply section.
A pleasant bunch of people.
