My lease was up and we decided to head up to Lebanon Ford since that's where we purchased my husband's truck a few years ago and they had the exact car that I was looking for! Purchased it that day with the help of our extremely awesome sales guy Jackson! Everything went well and smoothly. Highly recommend!

I went to Lebanon ford to test drive a new F-150 lightning. Jordan was well versed in the incentives and features of this new vehicle. The test drive lead to a no-pressure negotiation to see what pricing would look like. Lebanon Ford was able to get a deal together that worked for me and my budget. The whole experience from start to driving off the lot in my new truck was a pleasure. I look forward to doing business in the future with Jordan at Lebanon Ford and will continue to recommend him to friends and family for years to come.

Just recently took a trip to Lebanon Ford and ended up purchasing a vehicle and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone knows it’s not always the fastest transaction to make but the building itself is very clean and comfortable which was nice since we were there majority of the day. Jackson Morrell was our salesperson and he was professional, helpful and very informative. He took the time to go over every single button/feature in the car and made sure all our questions were answered. Dan, the commercial manager, was excellent to deal with. He knew his vehicles and had great recommendations on which features on the Super duty F-250 would help us in our industry. The customer service and delivery of the vehicle was as promised and an efficient process. If you are looking for a Ford Super Duty, I would recommend Dan at Lebanon Ford.

I wanted a female salesperson but they don’t have one yet (they would like one). Instead I got Jacksons and George, 2 really nice guys (their moms’ would be proud). Honest, very fair price, no pressure, no hassle. Would have bought our PHEV here sooner if I had known about this dealership sooner.

Being an "old-school" Brand loyal kind of consumer, I took a chance to branch out and visit the West Lebanon Ford Dealership in search of a fully electric vehicle to help save on fuel expenses. JACKSON, was my sales rep, and he single handedly, not only has me thinking of purchasing a vehicle from them, but has made me want to bring the dealership my business by bringing my second vehicle to be serviced as I am so impressed by his Charisma and his relatability! I have been buying and trading in vehicles for over 20 years, and I consider it a breath of fresh air to meet a person, let alone a Vehicle Sales Rep that has ALL of my best interests in mind. Jackson not only listened to my requirements for a trade in vehicle but also kept in mind some very important words: "I do not want to downgrade". I currently have a fully loaded 2019 Lexus RXL 350. Unfortunately, Ford does not currently have a fully electric SUV that can match the specs of my current vehicle trim, so no matter what my price range would be, Jackson was not able to meet my criteria. Instead of showing me a vehicle he knew would not come close, he made some alternate recommendations. He also directed me to the build-vehicle section of the Ford Website and told me to build a vehicle and then, when I could, bring those specs in and we would look deeper at what I wanted.

I see great things in the future for Jackson, and I will, hands down, be returning to West Lebanon Ford, not just for my vehicle maintenance needs, but also when I am ready to purchase my new Hybrid. I still need a more economic vehicle and though Jackson was not able to sell me a vehicle, he 100% sold me on the dealership and I am excited to return when I am ready!

If you go to West Lebanon Ford for a new or used vehicle, make it a point to Ask for JACKSON, and I can guarantee you will have a car shopping experience you will not regret, and, in fact, remember for a long time to come!

I've been doing business with this establishment for 21 years, long before they became Lebanon Ford. They have always treated me right, and being under new management is no different. Nice group of people. The same salesman has sold me my last two cars. I get great service if I need something fixed or just an oil change or my tires swapped for the change of season. The body shop does great work from minor fender bender to major collision. They have new and used cars and trucks. I won't get my cars any place else.

I had an amazing experience with an out-of-state purchase of a new Ford F-150. The vehicle was exactly what I was told and Jake Morrell was exceptional in chasing down answers to general questions about the vehicle well after the purcase.

Lebanon Ford made our purchase very smooth and wonderful. Our sales rep, Jackson has only been with Lebanon Ford for about 4 months. If I didn’t know that he was fairly new I wouldn’t have known! His knowledge and dealing with customers was great! Hopped into the car with my hubby and I to explain all the bells and whistle. He also came with us for the test drive! I don’t think I’ve ever purchased a vehicle that the sales rep did all that for me. Even the gentlemen that helped us with the paperwork and making sure we stayed within our budget was great! Again, this place is a great place to purchase your next vehicle. Please consider them, you won’t regret it!

My F 150 was losing power while towing a camper. I was able to book a service appointment on line. Everyone at Lebanon Ford was completely professional. They completed the service in three hours and even shuttled me back and forth from the campground. I'm very pleased with Lebanon Ford.

I bought a brand new Ford Explorer at Lebanon Ford. It was the most painless and pleasant experience I’ve had when shopping for a vehicle. They were not pushy and did not force a vehicle on me that I did not want or couldn’t afford. They helped me stay within my budget. The service department was also pleasant to deal with as well. Very easy to schedule oil changes. I highly recommend Lebanon Ford you will not be disappointed.

Can I give 10 stars?!?! I’ve purchased so many vehicles over the last 10 years and always had something that I didn’t like about the experience. I can say that this was not the case with Lebanon Ford. When they say that they want every customer to have a great experience, it’s not just a gimmick. From my first phone call with George (Internet Sales Manager), I knew this was the place I wanted to purchase my next truck. Pretty sure George knows my entire life story😂 Every single person that I dealt with thru the entire deal of trading my truck and awaiting the arrival of my new truck was simply amazing, professional and the best part - they communicated…which is something that honestly this entire world is failing at right now. No sales pitch gimmick, no low ball offers for your trade (like SO many other dealerships right now) and no additional “addendum” adding a ridiculous price on top of the MSRP because they can. George, Aidan, Bill, Nathan and the entire crew were fabulous and still - 2 weeks later have been great! Checking in making sure all is well and that I’m happy. Couldn’t have picked a better place and I honestly can’t recommend them enough!
