I was able to see the laptop I needed and get it shipped quickly to my home at a great price. The staff were friendly and were able to help promptly. I would buy a computer or tablet again here based on this experience.

Good prices, observant people employed here and willing to go the extra mile for the customer! My experience was with Jose in phones but he went 110 percent to make my experience much easier. I ordered something on line and next day said out of stock. He canceled my order and transferred it to Concord, NH where they had what I needed that day. He was a great help!!!

Bob at the Geek Squad was a gentleman and very helpful and knowledgeable. The Best Buy staff around the store are also pleasant to talk to and approach you to ask if you need assistance.

I went in looking to pay off an old phone and add a new one to my plan. I had some complications and did have to switch something’s around. I had many questions and even changed my mind a few times about things. I believe the person I worked with was named Roger. He was extremely patient and helpful!

Like most best buys, this one was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and I didn’t get harassed about taking pictures for this review.

Cool little AG store only went in for some decent gloves. Got those and more will definitely stop in next time I'm in the area.

Store was good and busy, Prices were reasonable. Every worker was very accommodating and did their best to help me.

Customer service was excellent! Rob in the laptop department was able to provide knowledgeable information to assist with my laptop purchase. Shailendra with geek squad was able to finalize my decision and get my new computer ready for use asap. He explained everything well and provided status every step of the way. Needless to say I'm a happy customer.

This BestBuy location is close to Massachusetts, Vermont etc and a convenient location to purchase electronics tax free, especially if you are considering to make a big purchase such as a laptop. Many food options nearby so you can make an outing out of it.

I love the store! Frustrating getting in touch with them directly though, they don't have a phone line to reach the store and speak to the geek squad or sales associates at the location. But that's probably just the way things are today!

I went in to buy a drone. Their system said there was one in stock however, two employees turned the store inside/out but could not find it anywhere. Many thanks to those two young men for trying so hard.

I was 12 min behind but Loren still called to make sure he didn't just assume I wasn't coming that was big he's made this a wonderful experience

I enjoy that the people here don't harass you like they do in some of the stores. The just let you look and decide and are there when you are ready to make a purchase. I also like the way this store does their pickups. I've never waited more than 3 minutes here doing a pre order for store pickup. Great Place.

Went in for a gaming laptop I'd researched online. Dominic in the laptop area was fantastic, knew what he was talking about and understood my needs. In and out in less than 15 minutes for less than online price! Very happy customer

Nice staff and the best (only) selection of computer parts for at least 50 miles! Computer staff seemed to know their stuff which is always a bonus. Plenty of parking and visible from the main road.
