Rachel is literally the best. She's the darker haired girl and she's is super super knowledgeable. So are the other people in the shop but she definitely stands out.! Great prices and great products. Best smoke shop in OC. (Trust me I've been too almost all of them.)

Been coming here for years, love everything about this place. Best prices, a huge inventory, cheapest (but still decent) delta-8 I’ve found anywhere. Amado, Hanna & Rachel are ALWAYS so happy and quick to help, I wish I had more money so I could tip them. Other than Amado already being family, this shop has become a family to me. 10/10 would recommend! A+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'll be honest, I originally started going here because it's the closest place to my house but I keep coming here because the selection is good and so is the service.

I love this shop I literally haven't and definitely don't plan on using any other shop.... I garentee you will have perfect customer service here and you will literally feel like your at a friend's house not a shop.. There always very honest...If you are looking for something and he doesn't have it normally he will look into it and 9 out 10 other people have asked too and he will end up with it.... go here and you WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE😊😊♥

I usually come to the store once a week … Always get decent deals on my vape products … Was having a problem & had to stop by today … I believe the gentleman’s name is Armando ??? If I am wrong it was Sept 3rd about 11am … Just wanted to let the owner know he is a great asset to your store … He went above & beyond to help me with my predicament … He is one of the reasons I will continue to be a faithful customer !!! 🌎🗿™

I Love this place. People are Super Friendly and i get all my tobacco and smoke supplies there. And their hours are so convenient especially since I'm only able to get there in the evenings. Keep up the good work!

Just a little Honest Update for The Holidays.. 12/12/2023..

There are two new Smoke/Vape Shops in town i noticed recently, so i stopped in.. I saw the price of their Tobacco and Disposable Vapes, and walked right out! There is also a third shop which is super close to my house (walking distance). I won't throw any names out there, but let's just say their name rhymes with Cotton :-) ... Two girls worked there and i always prayed the "Super Nice" one was working every time i went in.. The other girl acted like she was being bothered by you, and hated being there.. It's a very uncomfortable vibe, Zero Talking.. But all their selections are just a teeny tiny disappointing sampling of what Luxe Carries..

I like how they always have sales on the things i regularly buy.. Rachel is always Super Sweet, Helpful, Knowledgeable and always answers any questions i might have, with a smile! And i'm pleased they still have evening hours when I can't get out during the day. I think Joe is obsessed with constantly adding new products, In a Good Way! It always amazes me how he ends up finding the space for New Items in his store, with an already Super HUGE Inventory.. It reminds me of the famous line from Jaws "We're going to need a bigger boat!" :-)

This place is the BEST. They have everything you need, and the employee John will help you out with any question you can think of. Will definitely shop here more

Joe an his wife are the best! Really enjoy visiting with them when they are not busy. The entire staff is great, always a greeting, and very helpful a knowledgeable. The variety of products is second to none, if they don’t carry it will get it. Veteran owned!

I have been looking for the 3% Callie plus in the strawberry flavor for a long time and called a day up here and found it that they had alot of them so I went and got all of them and got a good deal on them and the guys name is John that waited on me I highly recommend him and lux Vape

I love the workers there, they’re the biggest reason why I love coming in so often and grabbing new items. Plus they’re also genuinely interested in our experiences with the items we get and it makes me personally feel welcomed. Amazing staff.
