I've bought a lot of cars and this was by far one of the best and easiest car purchase I've ever made. Ryan our sales representative was great. He was very informative and helpful to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase not only before but after the sale. Donnie in finance was a real joy to close with. He presented all of our options and helped us with an extended warranty that fit our future needs. The whole process beginning to end was not pushy or stressful. We will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to our friends.

We just bought this amazing 2018 Honda Pilot Elite from Ryan, he sold us his first car! He was extremely helpful and made sure my wife and I were happy at the end of the day! Bob was very persistent in wanting me to come test drive it so I gave it a shot. Donnie made it all happen for us and we had the best customer service and up most hospitality that day! Was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He is a prefect example of customer service, going above and beyond. I came from out of town with 2 sensors that needed to be reset on my vehicle I clouding reattaching of the bottom panel that protects the bottom of the car and when I called to inquire for an appointment, he immediately asked me to come in the same day that he would take care if everything for me in 30 minutes and he sure did. Wonderful young man, all service staff should train with this young man if that would be a possibility with the company.

I recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Sonata from Deland Honda on January 8, 2024 and it was a fantastic experience. I found my car online which made the process smooth and stress-free at the dealership. This dealership is the BEST! I lost the blade to a key fob for which the plastic had cracked. I thought I was going to have to pay +$300 for a new one. The parts department not only stayed open 30 minutes past closing time for me to get the key to me on. Friday night. The parts department rep also managed to recycle some parts from the old fob so I left with a new functioning key for only $50. Lastly, the receptionist had the most pleasant voice and professional demeanor. Fastidious, fair, fabulous.

I was attended to by Charles and George, thanks to them we had a swift and excellent time making a new purchase of a 2012 Chevy Colorado, we were in out within the hour and got exactly what we wanted once again thank you Charles and George.

I am so happy with the service here. I use to do my car service in Sanford, but I was treated more and more disrespectful. So I decided to change another dealer, and I got great and professional service here, they care about customers, they do their best to help you, explain everything instead of pushing you to make decisions.

Reputable people! We negotiated on-line and I requested a full disclosure of all costs so there would be no surprises when we arrived. I received this in writing within 10 minutes. Price was extremely attractive and far below other quotes from dealers closer to our home in northeast Florida.The trade-in quote they mentioned on-line actually increased $800 after arrival. I loved their straight forward approach which made driving 2 hours to close the deal worthwhile.

We came in for my sister to get a new affordable car for her and her children and Barry was such a great help. Any questions we had , concerns he was there to help. Very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend him if you are interested in buying a vehicle!

I had to have a bunch of service done on my vehicle including oil change, engine oil, brake fluid, wiper blades changed, tire rotation and alignment and more. Kelly, the service Tech, is always so awesome! I will always wait for her specifically to help me. She is great with communication, funny, and straight forward with services needed and prices. In my opinion, she is the best person to help with any service needs, and runs circles around the others. No one beats Kelly's customer service!

Sam Ahasan (Sales Associate) and completed the deal with George Velasquez (Finance Manager)!!! Trustworthy people and dealership!!
