Best Buy

The employees were so friendly here at this location. It was cool getting to check out the Insta360 Go 3, but I wish that it was able to turn on. It's still cool, though. Need more camera selection, especially with Nikon.

Did an in store pick up from an online order and it was super quick after we found the stand. There should be more identifiers when you walk in, but other than that it was great! People checked in frequently as you walked around the store.

I have been doing extensive research before purchasing an 85 inch TV, but still had some questions. Javier was able to answer all my questions and make some solid recommendations. There was no pressure to "buy up", something I really appreciate. Kudos to you, Javier! I'm looking forward to the free delivery later this week!

15 day return policy! Didn't realize that when I bought a handycam for my brother's wedding. But it didn't work! Sure sucks when you drop almost $300 on an item, to capture one of life's most important days, and the dang thing doesn't record! Then, to return it 17 days later, because you know, I'm busy, the return window was closed. I assumed, yep ASSumed, 30 days. Thank goodness for awesome managers! I believe her name was Netta and she was amazing. I had used a credit card so I still have to pay some interest on it, but she helped me out big time! All in all I went from panicked to peace in 10 minutes. I'll definitely be using this best buy for any of my electronic needs!

The sales employee was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous, was really caring on my situation he made an extra effort to accommodate My sitiation, made me feel comfortable, I look forward to doing business with Best buy in the future.

I knew exactly what I wanted whan I went in. I talked with an associate for 3 minutes and learned more than what I did after a week of online research. Ended up with a much better system and also saved over $400. I've really never had a bad experience at Best Buy. Thanks again.

My family has purchased a number of items at the Sanford Best Buy location- tvs, appliances, cell phones, a laptop, and more. I cannot say enough great things about the customer service experience at this store. I have dealt with so many friendly, helpful employees at this location that I can't even remember all of their names. These are the type of employees at this store that are friendly and informative rather than unfriendly and condescending like you sometimes encounter at other businesses. Juanita and Jen, in particular, from the mobile dept were extremely helpful and friendly this week as I purchased a first phone for my daughter as well as other accessories for our phones. They weren't the only ones that were great this week and in our previous experiences, we just can't remember all the names. The customer service, experience at this store are top notch, and we will definitely continue to come here for our tech needs.

Found the computer we were looking for at the store. Staff was helpful and we completed the transaction quickly and were on our way.

I went to this store last week and was amazed at the customer service in the geek squad and computer dept. Mark was very attentive to my needs even though I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. He call the manager Joey and I was equally amazed for the personal service that he gave me. It was refreshing to know that customer service is still around in a few places. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

We traveled 90 mins to this store cause they had what we wanted in inventory and we were very pleased visiting the Sanford Store. Anthony B is an asset to the Best Buy brand and this store.
