Justin is an amazing salesman!! I’m 19 and have been stressing about getting rid of my first car (a gift) and buying my own. But Justin made my first car buying experience so easy! He explained everything and was super friendly. He’s eager and enthusiastic without being overwhelmingly pushy. I ended up trading in my old car and purchasing a 2020 Mazda 6! It’s so much nicer than I ever expected. Justin, I can’t thank you enough!!

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change ! My advisor Andrea was so kind ! I normally don’t have a good experience when going there but she was awesome. My car took longer than expected but she was very attentive! I’ll definitely be requesting her from now one !

This dealership got an almost perfectly specified (for me and what I was looking for) 2020 Porsche 911. Brandon Hauck was super responsive and worked with me on a fair deal. Jonathan Torres made the paperwork pain free and both were able to get me out of the door a happy customer.

Update: very disappointed in the Dealership. I paid over 900.00 to have them repair my vehicle, only to have the exact same problem pop up less than two weeks later. They say because my vehicle is a Handicap Vehicle the part that needs repairs belongs to the company that converted the vehicle. If that's the case. They should not have touched it and told me to bring it elsewhere. What did I pay 900.00 dollars for.
Everyone I met was very nice. But. I'm out a lot of money and still have the exact same issue with my vehicle. Not happy at all.
First time visiting this dealership. From the woman that helped direct me where to park in the Service area, and which doors to go into, I then met Kevin, my service rep. Everyone was very helpful

Pretty smooth process. Very patient, we were there finishing paperwork long after the dealership was closed, because the guys on detailing headed out for the day, they honored the detailing when I came back around during regular business hours. If you go and know your numbers before hand they will definitely work with you. The finance manager is usually the most pushy person in the process because your moments away from getting the keys, but this was very different, he was straight forward and transparent. Explained what each item covered and when we finished customizing it to our liking and monthly price, we were explained all the details/terms of the paperwork being presented. We were finished then given a digital copy of all the paperwork processed on a USB flash drive to go home with. Would definitely recommend speaking with Brandon Hauck and at the other location in Orlando, Michael Quintero. Both were great throughout the process and they’ll remember me if you mention my name most likely.
