We just want to say our tech Rock is awesome!
We have been experiencing wet filter on our newer A/C unit (the home was built 2 years ago) since we moved into the home. Rock is the first tech to walk us through everything we can do ourselves to prevent build up of pet hair. He walked us through next steps, if it still continues to drip. I really don’t want any other tech touching our unit, he really knows his stuff!
I can’t thank him enough for his patience with our frustrations and 20+ questions. He even took care of the insulation on the panel coming off, something the previous tech hadn’t done in Nov, and we never even thought could be a problem. Adding pictures of the before and after cleaning so you can see.
Just FYI your maintenance package doesn’t include cleaning under the coils. Just the top of the coils.

My AC went out and I had service the next day! My service technician Manny was awesome! Very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I appreciated that he took his shoes off without me even asking before coming inside! He advised me of a reasonably priced maintenance program and other options as i will likely need to replace my unit in the near future. Highly recommend!

Randy and Craig are amazing electricians! They are helpful, respectful and always on time! I would highly recommend these guys for your electrical needs!

Shout out to Mike Rivera for an absolute fabulous job on my plumbing! Mike helped to turn a negative situation into a positive. Mike made the existing plumbing jumble aesthetically pleasing!

Roman and David were amazing! They make a great team. My heating system wouldn’t work and of course it’s freezing now in Orlando. They got me temporarily up and running after cleaning the motors and checking all of the wiring for my two systems because I need to replace my two 12 year old systems. I couldn’t feel more secure with them making sure the breakers worked and all systems were safe to run. They displayed professional demeanor and kindness which always isn’t the case today! I highly recommend DelAir and especially Ramon and David!

Dell air sent two different techs out. No one could figure out my AC problem. They sent the third technician out. Who was Jonathan. As a retired contractor who’s worked with many professionals I can say Jonathan is one of the best technicians I’ve ever encountered. He was prompt courteous, and knew his business. He figured the problem out in this in an hour, give this man a raise.!!

Had the absolute pleasure of working with Rock last week. My system went down and he was able to get out that evening and stayed till after 9pm working to identify the fault with our unit. This was after another company came by at 4pm, and told my wife she needed to order a whole new air handler. Not only was Rock very knowledgeable and professional, he was extremely personable and great explaining things! He was able to return with required parts in a day and get our system working, before the other "big name" company here in East Orlando even returned calls or quotes. Needless to say, I'm now a huge fan of Del-Air and my favorite technician The Rock, as far as I can tell, he is the Peoples Champ of air conditioning!

Technician Shern did a maintenance inspection on my air conditioner today. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I had several issues and he showed me each issue and fully explained it to me. He was very nice, friendly, and neat. I would recommend requesting Shern for a maintenance inspection

Del-Air sent out the best technician Mr Rock Hudson! He explained everything was very though and courteous, he showed up earlier than the time frame given! I will definitely be having him come out to service our unit everytime! Thanks Rock!

Our heat wasn’t running properly. I called on a Friday and they were able to get a tech out the same day. We needed a compressor and coil replacements. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the parts but they ordered them promptly. We were able to get it fixed the following week. Our technicians Craig and Kamari were knowledgeable and helpful. They were here all day making sure everything was running properly. I felt bad they were here till the evening hours. Craig was also training Kamari during the job and showed great leadership and patience. My husband and I were super impressed. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Del-Air for their exceptional experience and honesty. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, and they recently installed a new water heater for me to replace my old one. The service provided by Marshal was outstanding - he was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall, If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company, Del-Air is the one to go for.

Noah and David were professional, informative, and quick with maintaining my unit. They even provided some feedback on the size of my existing unit when I discussed budgeting for a new air handler and condenser. Highly recommended! Look forward to seeing how the install team does when I do replace the unit in a year.

Tech Craig did a great job of cleaning and checking our system. (Bonus, had a $29 coupon for the check up) He found a small leak in the evaporator that was overlooked last year and that saved us from having a problem this summer! So appreciated.

Del-Air sent us a flyer about getting our A/C checked at a discount ($100 off regular price), so we called and scheduled it. Sure enough, for the advertised price, Noah came out and checked everything for us - he did a great job. He cleaned what he could, flushed the drain line and vacuumed it out, swapped out the filter, and made sure the entire system was operating within normal parameters. Best thing is, there were no hidden fees or additional charges - we got charged what they advertised. Obviously, if we had needed something, there would have been an additional charge, but we didn't. There have been times we've done business with other businesses that when we went to use the coupon, they tacked on a ton of additional fees (car related stuff, not A/C related).

We had the best customer service from Del-Air today. We have a maintenance agreement with Del-Air which was very affordable and very detailed. Del-Air sent service rep, Chris, who serviced our home’s 2 heat pumps and replaced filters on both units. After all service was completed , he spent so much time setting up Nest on our phone so we can adjust accordingly when we are not at the house. He was kind, friendly and respectful of our home. We can rest assured that we will have efficient heat this winter and air conditioning when the weather gets warmer. Your service rep, Chris (CL40) did a great job. As senior citizens, his work & support were above typical service.Thank you Del-Air for taking the time to hire this superior representative to service our home. He represents Del-Air well!!! We will request him for our next service.

I just had Del-Air out for my regular 6 month checkup on my two AC units. Noah was the technician and Rodney accompanied him during the checkup. Noah was very professional and kept me well informed about everything he was seeing on my units both good and bad and what to expect on the next regular checkup. I am comfortable that my very old units will keep going for a while yet after the checkup. Thanks Noah!

I've had a new AC From Del-air for about a year and it has been fantastic, the replacement was done in a single day. The techs were respectful to my house and nothing was damaged. The new system price was lower than I expected and My Power bill dropped 30%.

Noah B was my tech today very professional and polite. He gave me all the details on my unit letting me know everything was in great shape. I asked if there was anything else I can do in between maintenance plan visits. He gave me some helpful tips and showed me how to do them as well. Would recommend him to come back and do service again.

Kyle was very thorough in his check up on our A/C. He did the appropriate annual maintenance and explained everything in clear detail. He did explain Del-Air's annual plan but also recognized that with the coupon we were using, and the 'young age' of our unit, the plan offered less value and he didn't pressure us to go that way.
We very much appreciated his service.

Lenin Tigrera, did a great job on our semi annual maintenance, he arrived first thing this morning and immediately got to work! He actually discovered an issue with one of the units and was able to correct it before it became a problem. It’s great having the Maintenance program because it keeps our units in great shape and cuts down on having issue in the heat of the summer!

Ben was very quick, courteous and thorough with my AC inspection today. Since it was raining out, he wore shoe covers and was careful not to track anything inside.
I have always been pleased with using Del-Air for my service needs in the past and will continue to do so. They have always been very prompt and accommodating.
