I mean it's really a hit or miss for the people who work there if they are knowledgeable about vehicles! However, there's a couple guys in DeBary that are , and really do try to help you with any issues! I don't normally give 5 stars but, in my issues recently they deserve it!

Joel was a god send!! My truck was not starting. Came in hoping and he assisted me the entire way. Providing me with the best pricing and even installed my new battery. Thanks Joel!!!

They carried the part I needed. They installed the waper blade. They were very friendly and helpful.

Was a pretty good experience today. However, if you're going into buy steering wheel covers. Sure you bring a tape measure with you.. I found out the hard way that The labels are not accurate 100% of the time... Check out what's quick both times.. Customer service was good store was clean..

I feel compelled to leave a review for these guys over In Orange City. Every time I go there they are so helpful and so friendly. This past week I went in to get a battery and even though they were busy they jumped to help me with a smile and between the 2 guys, the 1 ringing me out and the other going outside to install my battery, just the best attitudes. People always try to talk me into going to O'Reillys and other places, but I gotta stick with what works and who's been great. Go check them out if you need anything for your vehicle.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit here today. The associate, Sam, did a wonderful job thoroughly testing all of the components of my vehicle prior to "just selling me a battery." It's refreshing to know there's still honest people in the business of auto repair/supply stores, and I hope in some way he'll be recognized for this review. It's so nice to have people treat you with respect and not like you're just the next customer to walk through the door that no one wants to help, or wishes they didn't work there. From his attitude, I could tell he really enjoys his job. Way to go, man. Keep up the awesome work and thanks for all you did even though it was hotter than hell outside!

Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!! Mariel and Daniel went above and beyond helping me buy and install a battery in my tricky Equinox. Mariel was very quick and kind to help with everything from popping the hood and finding the vin to getting the best battery for me and Daniel very graciously installed the battery in my new car in the rain before I could even finish watching the YouTube video on how to get to the spot for it! They were so kind and efficient and helpful, definitely made this née car owner a customer for life!

By far the best auto zone I have came across the customer service is an amazing I strongly will recommend this AutoZone to anyone in the area. As a Women we come in not knowing a lot about our vehicle but they are always here to help us. I will most definitely be back and this will be my new AutoZone.
