Metro by T-Mobile

This is my go to store when I have issues with my phone. I had accidently signed out of Google, couldn't remember my password and the two step security process was timing out because my phone kept closing out. Kaihla was very helpful in helping me get signed back into Google and helping me to select a new phone.

Went looking for Victoria cause she was Amazing and Shelbi said she couldn't help me with my situation so she sent me to providence but she was super nice

I was in the (Orange City, FL) Metro PCS store this morning and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Ms. Melisa went out of her way to help me. Would recommend 10/10

I had such a pleasant experience here today!! The manager Kaihla was super helpful and very kind to me and my son! She made my day & my son even said "that lady was so nice" when we left. TY!!!!

I spoke with Melisa, she is so kind patient and knowledgeable especially since I know nearly nothing about what phones can be bought and transferred. She gave me excellent advice and did not make me feel ridiculous for not understanding certain things and made sure I understood everything before we were done... I wish that more people were as kind as her.. Thank you Melisa

Yes this is just a MetroPCS store and yes this store sells phones and covers and plans, but what makes this store great is Olivia. Not only did she rescue me from the bottom of phone trouble hell she also found time to try and get me to smile and tell me it's going to be ok. When I had given up hope she found a way. But seriously folks she was very helpful very knowledgeable and had a very positive energy and I thank her for that. To her manager she's the kind of person that you want running the store when you're not there so thanks again Olivia.

Oh my goodness! Lol. I thought I would remember this ladies name, but I've forgotten how she spells her name. And I'm not gonna butcher it. She was the best, most friendly, informative, awesome employee at any phone company... No sorry... At any business I've ever been in. She told us our options, answered all our questions. Didn't make us feel dumb, even if I did ask a few dumb questions, and I did, kept a wonderful smile on her face thru out all that we put her thru. Demonstrated a few Bluetooth speakers for us. And we ended up with 7 phones and lines thru her. If you see this please put your name in comments. I will stop by and get your name if you don't. And rewrite this review. But everyone should know how awesome you were. Never expected you to be so helpful and your bosses should consider a raise in your near future. We really think you deserve it. And we thank you for everything you did. 😀

Great experience with store manager Kayla I hope I spelled her name correctly she made it possible to get a new line and fix my account with the acp program she had a great personality and very friendly and helpful

Sky is the guy to go to! All the staff there are very helpful. My bill was $144 and Sky got our bill to drop to $60! Overall a 10 out of 10! We recommend him to everyone. Thank you for your help sky! Our family appreciates your help everytime we stop in. Best store location I've been to!

Jessica the manager was absolutely on target got me setup and out the door. Its so nice to go into a business without attitudes from employees.

My phone died at work today and I need it for my job and so I came in and the service with Jessica was quick and courteous and she gave me a great deal on a new phone. I've used Metro for years now and I wouldn't switch, it's great service and staff at this store is always great I always come to this one

Never been more delighted to buy a cell phone before in my Life! The two gals were helpful, patient, friendly and down to earth. They made sure we got the best deal possible and we love our new phones and our new Metro friends!

My phone screen was stuck on downloading. I stopped at the Metro outlet in Ormond Beach and the gentleman said it would finish downloading on its own. I had to travel to Orange city so I said let me stop at another one and to give them another try. Within two minutes she solved my problem. Yanelis did an excellent job thanks to her I will come back to her store to upgrade .

Had a problem with my phone for a week everybody I tried couldn't get it resolved stopped in young lady help me in and out in 5 minutes that's customer service

Sky helped me out with buying a new phone and a few accessories. Super helpful and kind. The environment there is always energetic and helpful

Great place, they really do treat their customers with a 5 star service. Only downside to this metro store is they are selling phones in a city where we are lucky to get 2 bars of service but works great in all the surrounding cities.
