Thoroughly impressed with the level of service my Wife and I received from everyone at Headquarter Hyundai. It started with Camil, our Sales Rep. He was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, and actually listened to what we were looking for. His manager Kyle was super friendly and made us feel right at home. And last but certainly not least, the finance manager Jasmin seriously went above and beyond to help us get the best deal possible. She was able to work some magic, and get us approved for the car we really wanted. (I didn’t think it was gonna happen lol) We ultimately ended up with a great deal on a seriously nice vehicle, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to Camil, Kyle, and Jasmin for all your help! We definitely recommend Headquarter Hyundai.

I highly recommend them when buying a new or car or for repair. I took my car in for repair and they walked me thru every step. My anxiety was high and ended up trading the car I got a new car. The manager and salesman weee extremely nice and compassionate. I am very happy!

Always have a great experience with them. Adrian in service has helped me the past few times I’ve had to bring my car in and he is always very nice, knowledgable, and professional. This most recent time he went above and beyond and had the interior of my car detailed free of charge. I know I can count on him and Headquarter Hyundai to take care of my car whenever service is needed.

Manuel Torres was very helpful in making sure I purchased the vehicle that met all my requests and desired needs. He was very helpful in answering all the questions and comparing the vehicles on the lot. Manuel made me feel like family at the dealership during and after the purchase.

Had an extremely pleasant “first-time” customer service experience today!!! Made a last minute appointment and was able to be worked into the service department schedule. Adrian, Sean, Ashley and the rest of the service department team were very professional. There is an inviting refreshment area available to guests, providing coffee, hot chocolate, etc….

This was, hands down, the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever experienced. The team was great, very friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were getting the best deal we could (seriously). They identified a couple of rebates that they could have stayed silent about and we’d have never known. 100/100

The sales folks were very helpful and patient as I first looked at the Palisade 4-5 months ago but was waiting for the right color vehicle with the options I wanted. When I finally saw the vehicle I wanted, they worked with me to get the deal across the finish line in a professional manner. I would recommend this dealer for those looking for a nice new vehicle at a great price (as I priced at multiple dealerships and they were definitely the lowest).

Quick to get me into an appointment and they even have an area with tables and places to plug in your laptop for people needing to work while they wait for their vehicle to be serviced! I had the best experience at Headquarter Genesis. After driving a BMW X5 for the past 7 years, I traded it in for a G70 and could not be happier. Tony Frazier could not have been more helpful. He knows everything you could ever want about a Genesis. He is always available when I call with a question. He walked me through every detail of my car. Jose, who helped me with financing was also amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. Buying or leasing cars is one of my least favorite things to do, however Tony made the experience a pleasure.

Service Team, no matter who answers the phone, is always courteous & takes the time to discuss items needed to be completed along with answering any additional questions. Never feel rushed! Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. They even delivered it to my home in Miami! The team was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help any way possible. Very flexible with the trade in, financing, and sale price. I can’t say enough great things about how nicely we were treated about Jorge, Tony, Jero and the entire team.

Very please with the experience I had especially with the technician Adrian. My car was in for a recall as well as additional repairs I was provided a rental vehicle throughout the entire experience. I arranged valet service for my Genesis and all parts of the service moved like clockwork. Shawn arranged my temporary registration quickly and the driver showed up with my loaner car on time. When I retrieved my car, not only was the service done correctly, but also my car had been washed and detailed!! Kudos!!

The customer service team was thorough and completed the services I requested efficiently. Our Service Advisor took time to explain the process and the mechanics finished the repair above our expectations.

I recently purchased a new Santa Fe from this dealer and can not speak highly enough of the experience. Dominick, our salesman, was upfront and honest and did not try to up-sell us or waste our time.
