Cassie and the other associate were fantastic! I feel bad I couldn’t remember his name but it was only his second day and he was already so knowledgeable and kind! They had so much patience for other customers and were so attentive to everyone.

Diana/Kassandra always take the time to help me purchase my new phone when I'm due for an upgrade. Throughout the whole process, they carry themselves in a professional manner; putting me at ease by answering all my questions & seeking help whenever they were unsure of something. With more employees like them, Verizon will continue to surpass their competitors & customers will continue being highly satisfied..thanks Diana/Kassandra, for excellent customer service!!

Ruben was so amazing. He was the only one here and he handled about 7 people who were patiently waiting with grace. Give that man a raise !!

Our experience with this storefront, specifically with Nick, was a very pleasant surprise! He was very attentive and patient. He really went the extra mile to make sure our needs were taking care of! I'm not a particularly tech-savvy person and he was just very efficient, thorough and respectful! it took a while to get everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. Although we were all socially distanced, I could see that he, and the other staff there, all treated the customers like we were very important and valuable. We never felt pressured to buy anything and it was just an excellent experience! If I ever need to physically go to a store, I'd go out of my way to go to this in-particular one because we were treated so well!!

Jose, the new Manager was Excellent! He was personable and professional at the same time. He was very cheerful and made my Verizon experience enjoyable! He did not rush me. I am older and he took his time explaining everything to me. I was buying a new phone and he explained everything step-by-step. Jose made it fun! You can tell that he enjoys his job. I have lived in 5 states (prob 8-9 Verizon stores ,& have had countless cust svc calls, over the years) and Jose is *Hands-Down* Thee Best Customer service member I have ever encountered Could not recommend Jose enough). THANK you!!

the man who was working there wasn’t any help at all and wouldn’t get anything done even tho i came into the store 3 separate times in a row. than the last time i went into the store the woman who works there helped me and was absolutely Phenomenal!! she knew exactly what i needed and got it for me without difficulty! i recommend her 11/10!! amazing service!!

The people at this location were very professional, courteous and friendly. Aaron our customer service rep was the best. He went above and beyond to help us. He searched other locations to find the phone we wanted and drove to a nearby location one city away and brought it back this location saving us from having to drive all over the place. He set up the phones we purchased saving us from all of the stress and confusion of having to do it by ourselves. He couldn't have been more helpful or done anymore to make sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed. It was actually the easiest and less painful experience of having to dole out hundreds of dollars ever. And Tali the store Manager was very courteous and helpful also. She was there to help us with anything also. She didn't micromanage, yet was always nearby to help her employees had the need arose. It is in no way surprising that her employees were as sharp, courteous and knowledgeable as they were. We were completely pleased and satisfied with our entire Verizon experience. We shall definitely be recommending this Verizon location to any of our friends and connections who need or desire a change in or with their cellular phone carriers or service.

I had absolutely wonderful service today at the Verizon Store in Mission Grove. I had numerous problems with my phone, Ruben working in the store helped, he went above and beyond, He connected me to tech service and was helping me also in the store. He helped to solve the problem and was busy with other store stuff and was patient and so kind. I seriously have not received such good service in a long while, it was so great to know there is such good customer service. Make sure you ask for Ruben if you need help at the Verizon Store in Mission Grove! Thanks Ruben!!!

We went in to get two new phone lines and new phones and Nick was the only associate in the store to help everyone. He had amazing patience and customer service. He helped us out with all our upgrades, new phones and watch. He stayed late to make sure that we were truly satisfied. Nick went above and beyond we are thankful for his service!

Matteo helped us so much we came in question and he answered right away. Explained everything in detail and described everything that was happening. My girlfriend and I are 100% satisfied with the visit and the help. We walked out with and new phone and line. Will definitely be back to add more lines and Wi-Fi plan. Hope to helped out by him again. If you read this Matteo thank you again so much for the help and giving me a run down.

Matt was very helpful and friendly. Went in close to closing and both dudes were very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know the other guy's name but we had a good conversation about phones while Matt took care of my screen protector. One of the best Outlets I've been to!

I went to Verizon in the Tyler mall to go upgrade my phone but the guy there tried to tell me I needed to spend more money on accessories to qualify to upgrade my phone. So I came to mission grove and Matteo helped me out and was really helpful and honest unlike at Tyler.

We went into the store because we had to get new SIM cards, just to find out that Sprint was not contacted to unlock are phones. After several attempts to speak with a T Mobile terror, Van really helped us out. I really appreciate him and his support.

I walked in the door and Matt greeted me right away. asked if he can help and I said it would take a long time to take care of all of my problems. He walked me through changing my phones and my jetpack and even went out to my truck to sync it with the new phone. He spent 3 hours helping me and showing me how to work everything. Nick is very friendly and efficient. He was alone with 3 customers, one group of which kept throwing curve balls that he handled like the professional he is. If he is any indication of how all of the customer reps are at this store, go here!
