Staff are great, the hobby is fun, prices are way too high. That's more of a corporate issue though, the store itself is a good Saturday or Sunday time killer.

Great experience, as someone new to the hobby this place was perfect, they answered questions, gave great suggestions and even helped by teaching paint techniques and putting the brush in hand. Andrew specifically is "the man". Praise Russ and the All-father

Thanks to Andrew and Tony, I have gone full throttle into the hobby. Come ready with questions and they will be answered. The passion the two have to simply assist anyone is admirable. I highly recommend sitting down and trying the paint tutorial to get you started. The community of the shop is also top notch and incredibly welcoming to newcomers and all. Overall, the atmosphere created from this shop makes me want to frequently visit.

Experience is always great, Andrew is such a nice store manager. I can get wh stuff a lot of places, but I support the store because of him.

Relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Tony and Andrew are incredible staff. Knowledgeable, passionate and helpful, their sheer enthusiasm makes you want to buy something, without ever feeling pressured into it. It's a joy to go hang out and chat, paint, and play. Game stores need to take notes. If every game store was like run like this one, the hobby would be booming.

In short, this might just be the best retail experience I've ever been through.

Amazing experience everytime I visit. Tony is very friendly with everyone and is so helpful with any questions you have. He has helped me, my wife, and our kids get into the hobby providing our kids free stuff and all of us free painting lessons anytime we need it. Just a pleasure to talk to and support as a local business.

The manager Tony, is a man among men. Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome. He gives great advice on list building as well as painting techniques. The local community is also very friendly. I love going to this store.

Tony and the community at Warhammer Riverside made me feel so welcome in the hobby. I was tremendously happy to be returning with some of my favorite models and since finding this store, I've played a handful of games and met some really great people. Every time I'm in the store the positivity and friendliness are off the charts. People painting, playing a game, or just chatting about lore. It's clean, well-lit and there are plenty of lunch options nearby. If you're at all interested in any aspect of Games Workshop games, this is the place for you.

If it wasn't for Tony I would have never taken an interest into Warhammer. Within the first two minutes she made it a point to know my name where I worked and my son's. Hands-down the most informative employee of any company I have ever encountered. She make sure every customer guess the the proper amount of attention for their direct needs.

This is an all around great store. The manager here is one of the friendliest and most enthusiastic people I have met. They take great care in helping their customers and brightening everyone's day. Even if you have no interest at all in Warhammer, this place is still worth visiting.

A fantastic range of miniatures and accessories in-store, and they'll be happy to order anything you can't find for store delivery. Tony, the manager is a rock-star! He is engaging and you can tell he loves his job. He even managed to get my fiance to play a game of Age of Sigmar... and she loved it! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff! If you want to learn, already know how... anything Warhammer, this is the place to go.

I just recently moved here so I was looking around for 40k shops. I was excited to see that this store was nearby. My wife and I visited the shop and Tony took the time to help us get a paint scheme for her Thousand Sons army squared away.

I placed an order with Tony and it shipped FAST which was amazing considering the situation with the pandemic. Can't say enough good things about Tony and the store. Definitely stop by if you need someone who is friendly and knowledgeable about 40k. Besides who doesn't need another box for their army??
