One of the best spots to shop at in Riverside!! I have been coming here for awhile now & I like how everything is clean..there's a good variety of items to choose from..the community that comes to shop here are friendly & this place has a good atmosphere..I also love how the courtesy clerks are willing to assist the customers & go out of their way to do so..

Because of prices skyrocketing we've been trying a couple of other stores but I love my home store and will continue to support them .

Very clean and organized stater bros. The customer service was very welcoming and attentive. The cashiers were fast ate what they do. The store is organized in a way where you can find everything you need easily. The sushi was one of the freshest market sushi I have tried so far and you get a fair amount of it for the price 👍🏼

I Always find what I need in the well organized store, It always smells clean and all items have the proper tags on it which makes life easier to find what I need. I always see the staff working to make the store even better and they're very friendly.

Ralph's shut down all didn't know what was coming...Staters is a great market. The one notable difference was the staff. Very helpful and kind brings out the best in everything! If you've never had a sushi roll, there isn't fresher or better than this market. Being from LA, it's great to have the fusion all in one. Seasonal they keep up and the bakery actually makes goods you'll eat. The meat department never disappoints. Also give 5 stars but this place brought life back to the entire plaza.
Lets hope they stop the city from turning Kmart into a homeless shelter.

Wonderful Staff. Beautiful clean store room to get around and enough space if you want to chat with another shopper friend. Produce especially, the staff is awesome. There is one older Hispanic man who is the epitome of professional and happy. So kind. My grandmom use to go to Albertsons but says your store is so much better in many ways. She also was so pleased with the kindness of your produce ? Manager.

Staters is awesome and the Mission Grove location is no exception. Great service, low prices, I don't go anywhere else if I don't have to.

Always good to shop there. Not too often are they out of items but today they had no regular carnation french dairy creamer in the 64oz just the no sugar added one which is yuk. Overall great shopping time with hubby

Without a doubt, a terrific store! Aside from the impressive selection, wide aisle ways and notably cleanliness, this team up here has no parallel. The team appears to like what they do and with whom they work with--they are quite conducive. Moreover, the store leadership has a noticeable presence and seems to be very good to their team members.

I was particularly impressed during the early onset of Covid-19, the store manager was out early providing donuts to the customers who were waiting to enter the store. Jack Brown would be proud of how this store operates, treats its fellow employees, and takes good care of their customers.

I wanna first say I love shopping at stater bros the employees are always so helpful, kind and really know the importance of customer service. Last Friday I left my purse in a shopping cart outside and an hour later after I noticed I left it I called staters and sure enough an employee Karina M. found it and turned it in to her manager. Everything was there my driver license wallet, cash I just took out. Karina, THANK YOU!!!! May God bless you abundantly for finding it and it getting returned back to me. This world needs more kind people like you. Staters you got an awesome employee she deserves a RAISE!$$$$ I offered a reward unfortunately employees are not allowed to accept that's a real bummer

We went to stater brothers on 9/11 around 5:30. We got caught in unexpected rain. Karrina and Emma were very sweet and helpful and offered to walk us out to our car and assisted other customers with an umbrella as well. Super friendly and quick to help.

Everyone that I talk to when I shop there is so happy and cheerful. That makes a difference to me. Always willing to help, with a smile on their face. The meat counter is always fully stocked and the clerks back there are so helpful. What I like about this Stater Bros. is that when it's busy, they have plenty of meat counter clerks, as well as other staff. Last but not least, the store is always clean and bright.

Friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful and always courteous staff provide a pleasant shopping experience. Everyone is eager to help and take pride in their ability to satisfy your request.
Brightly lit, Clean and uncluttered isles make it easy to navigate and locate everything you may need! I love this store!!!

This Stater Bros is the best store I have ever gone too. The staff there treats my wife and I like superstars! The manager, a man with a vision of greatness. All together, the Mission Grove area has benefited by the store and its employees.

So this review is an update from a previous 4 star review.

I recently had an issue with an employee, who I had the opportunity to run into again a few days later. She apologized and literally took the time to explain the situation, that I totally sympathized with. We completely resolved everything and I'm happy to add my 5th star to this location.

Found out that this particular store is closer than the one that I normally go to. I like how massive the selection is and how wide the aisles are. I should also mention that it's a newer store that's been remodeled, so it's clean and the upkeep is superb. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall I would recommend this store over others and give it a 5/5 star rating.

Stater Bros on Alessandro in Riverside is great. I have shopped at this store a couple of times. The store is large, clean and we'll stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. I do not live in this area but know that Stater Bros is a great place to shop.

Wow. Biggest Stater Bros store...ever. I've shopped at almost all the stores in this area. Well worth the wait. Aisles are nice and wide. Unlike their competitor, down the road, that hurriedly remodeled the store. Really like the lighting and the 'double' doors in the refrigerated sections. Lots of room in the butcher and bakery area. The seating area is a great concept. Somewhere to enjoy your selections from the food court. There are a couple of problem areas. But considering it just opened and its size, I'm sure those things will be addressed. Making this store, 'my' store.

My wife and I frequent this Staters a few times a week and it’s always a great experience. The store is always super clean and the staff is amazing. Amber J, checker, is the best. Make sure you go through her line for fast service and a good laugh. She’s great!!!
