I go to this GNC 2-4 times a month. Great products and great service.
Today I had a very particular problem. I am vegan, and I have often bought the vegan Lean Shakes they sell there. Well this week, I bought 2 packs of Lean Shakes online. Silly me though, I accidentally bought the ones that have dairy in them. As soon as I found out, I called this GNC to find out what could be done. Kat was so nice and told me to simply bring them in so I could swap them out. The problem was 100% my fault, they didn't have to help me out, but they did. Kat did my exchange in the store and was friendly and engaging the whole time. They've got a lifetime customer in me!

It was great, the lady that help me was awesome, friendly, and very professional, KAITLIN WAS HER NAME SHE MADE. SHE MADE ME FEEL GREAT AND WANTING TO RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN INSTEAD OF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THANK YOU KAITLIN
