Awesome place, big selection, I was able to get some great smelling candles. ( mahogany teakwood) Special thanks to Kasey for helping me choose. Very gorgeous, kind and helpful sales associate. Will be back for the Christmas season to grab more candles.🙂

I love this location. The staff is very friendly. I went in with my 4 month old strapped to my chest so I had limited mobility. One lady (wish I could remember her name) helped me with so many candles. I love her. She was completely selfless and understanding.

Went in about 6pm Saturday evening. The young men that were in there working were absolutely awesome. Their service was truly great! It's rare these days that customers are treated kindly.

Staff is always super friendly and never do they make you feel watched or as if your going to steal from them. They are always honest about the current promotions the manager even went out of her way to honor a online promo in store when I mentioned I couldn’t order because I didn’t have a card too!

My husband and I were browsing for our girls before I know it Extant $10 shy of $100 at home we looked to see if there might have been a quiz about how we were treated while we were there the girls kept us the laughing they showed us things that we wouldn't have even noticed and they were just the sweetest dolls we really enjoyed the young lady who had her first baby and so does her baby pictures it was like family

Love, love, love this store no matter location, from bay area to Sacramento. Always great coupon deals. Even though they are generous in return policy, I have returned maybe 1% of my years(pl) purchases.

I went to this place yesterday. I was planning an at-home dinner for me and my girlfriend, and I wanted to ask what kinds of smells might go well with the food I was making. I felt kinda weird asking a question like that, but the associate I talked to made me feel like my request wasn't weird at all. I wish I had caught her name, but she was a blond lady and she was super nice. She showed me to some different fragrances which was cool because I felt so out of my element. I went up to the register and the girl behind the counter was nice too, she rung me up and I was out of there last than 10 minutes after walking in (although I felt like if I had wanted to stay longer it wouldn't have been a problem). This place gets an A+ for customer service.

I love, love, love this B&BW! I've been shopping here for 15 years, and I prefer the smaller size the larger mall stores. Everyone is so friendly and it's always very clean.

My favorite place lately the staff will know me on a first-name basis soon..lol but most of them were very friendly.

Love girly things like to smell pretty or have your house smell pretty this is the place to go. Have great deals all the time stores are organized and the employees are so nice. I got pocket size hand sanitizer and room spray. Don't let the little spray bottle for you two squirt is all you need they also have great. And body mist and lotion and candles.

I love the products and the deals they have. It smells so good when you walk in.

the place to shop for home fragrance be it aroma candles, sprays or plug in oils.
my favorite store because some of their staff always remembers what I like and will let me know if they have enough on hand to save me time. always leave super happy😄
