Fantastic service. The first time I came to this store I got the best fitting I have ever gotten for shoes. Your main sales person is so knowledgeable and helpful. Miss the computer that helped with fittings.

Love this store. They have great selection and spend as much time with you as you need to get a proper fitting shoe. They also have shoe orthotics to improve fit. Staff knowledgable and friendly. No more wasting time and money purchasing ill fitting shoes on line.

I was there with my daughter looking for comfortable but attractive sandals. The service was exceptionally good. Although there was only one person to help, she was very capable and friendly.

I shopped for the first time a week ago. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Sales person was great. Then yesterday I went back to return one pair. Sales person said I told you that one would not stay on your foot. She did not help me try on the new pair I was considering - just gave them to me. . I ended up getting a pair to replace the ones I was returning but I felt like the sales person did not really want to help me this time. I like the shoes but not sure I will return. Too bad! We need stores with service- otherwise why not just order online?

Great shoes, okay price

Got a pair of shoes that I like, but had an unfortunate customer service experience. The sales person seemed visibly upset when I chose a pair different than the ones she kept pushing me toward. Every interaction felt like an attempt at an upsell. Rude and unhelpful.
