We were serve today by Fraebert Velasquez. He was outstanding . He provided service to my wife and me.He was excellent . I recommend him to everyone. Verizon is lucky to have him.

Amazing crew, Jake the gentleman who assisted me , he is fast and right to the point he uses an easy language well , so you dont need to be a geek to understand him. The store has a Good parking lot with easy access !!!

They must value customer service at this store. I was happy with our experience months ago, so I went back when my phone needed replacing. This time I got Nick and was very pleased with the customer service. Knowledgeable and personable. And, like I've read in the reviews, the store stayed open until I was satisfied (including opening the locked door a few minutes after I left, for "one more question.") Sorry about that. Also, I now know it takes a bit of time to complete a new phone purchase if you want it done right. Every bit of data from my old phone is on my new one. In the past, with another store, they assured me I could take care of that myself at home, I couldn't. I came to leave a review of Nick, but I've read some reviews and I realize I'm reviewing the store's culture. And Nick is a good fit.

During this difficult time my family needed new phones, I can’t say enough about Jon Guzman “Guzzy” at Cellular Sales! He was phenomenal walking us through everything, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Patience of a saint when dealing with my talkative children! I just want to say thank you so much John for making this experience wonderful.

I will not go anywhere else for my phone needs. The staff there is the best. I've sent so many people there and they've all been happy with it. The manager there is the best, they don't push you or try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. I've literally spent all day there with phone issues and the staff was nothing but nice and accommodating. Best phone store I've ever been to.

My friend needed a new phone
We got there 15 minutes before they closed so we thought they would have us come back but they took care of him got him a new phone and lowered his monthly bill. It took about 40 minutes to complete it all but the Person we dealt with (Forgot his name) was great. Didn't rush anything because they were closing and he was very knowledgeable about the phone and the whole process. I don't have Verizon but if I did I would go there because of the great service my friend got.

This is a shout out to Ryan K. who helped out my elderly sister today. He spent a lot of time cleaning her phone of dozens of accidental apps and helped us with an insurance claim to replace the glass cover on her phone that had a shatter splotch. He even scheduled the repair person to come to her nursing home. None of his kind, patient, and generous service will get him a commission today. He did it all with a smile. Hope your manager reads this, Ryan. Thank you for your awesome service today.

I've got to say, this was the best experience I've ever had at Verizon. Jose the store manager was phenomenal. Super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, not pushy at all but still very informative. He didn't pressure me at all, made me feel comfortable based on my needs and wants. As long as Jose is still there it will be the only Verizon I ever step foot in. He was able to upgrade me to a newer phone quickly and easily and even applied my new screen protector for me. If you're not going straight to Jose you need to! I'd give him 100 stars out of 5

Austin was very helpful, He stayed late after close to ensure our transfers went smooth and overall had amazing customer service!!

You want an easy experience getting a phone and you live around Worcester? Go see Tyler at the gold star Blvd Verizon store. I asked questions at another store about the offer I received and she said I couldn't get it. Tyler got it done.

John went above and beyond assisting me with my new phone. He was so nice and patient as I am not tech savvy. I was hesitant to go as I had heard some horror stories about unpleasant staff there but he made my visit pleasant. Thank you John.

I just switched over my plan and got a new phone. This was a process I expected to take hours, yet I was in and out in less than an hour. They were even short staffed, but the gentlemen that were there made the experience enjoyable and positive. Just bought 2 new phones at Verizon, had a very good experience with Ben, he was polite, knowledgeable and made the transition to the new phones seamless.

I had such a great experience upgrading my phone yesterday. My sales associate was Frank, and he was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything that I needed to know with transferring the data and information from my old phone and maximized the promotions that they were offering as well. The store was extremely clean and sanitary. I highly recommend.

Had a great, non-stressful phone purchasing experience at this store yesterday. Received personalized attention from Sales Associate Kevin. As a non-tech person, he answered all of my questions patiently and in detail, which I appreciated. He assisted with the Blue Tooth set-up of the new device in my car as well. Our Law Office went to Verizon/87 Gold Star Blvd./Worcester and bought an Apple I-Phone. The service was superb. Jeff George, the salesperson, spent over an hour with me setting up the phone, explaining options, and answering questions.
