I had the pleasure of being assisted by Saul- the manager at 44 West Boylston Street, Worcester. This manager should have been promoted to Regional Manager by now! Saul is: attentive, is QUITE deft at assisting the customers if there is a question or if the need arises! He is conscientious, always willing to keep CVS running like a well-oiled machine!!!! The care staff at this Gold Star CVS is like no other. Our daughter needed a Covid vaccine to travel and was having a tough time. The level of patience and kindness was divine and saint-like. This staff restored my opinions of humanity. Thank you CVS Gold Star. You get 5 stars!

I have had nothings but great experience';s with this pharmacy. All of the workers there are very helpful and are always smiling. I ask a lot of questions and no matter how busy they are, even at closing time, they are there for me. They are a great bunch of pharmacist and workers at the pharmacy and throughout the whole store. Nothing but great things to say about this store.

RX - Deniesha in the West Boylston Street store was phenomenal in helping my mother in law get what was needed. After meeting Deniesha via phone and explaining that I drove from Boston to Worcester to assist my mother in law who no longer drives at 87, Deniesha went "above & beyond." This included her calling other area CVS stores to secure an RX that was in short supply and driving herself to pickup that injection formula and have it on hand for our visit. Very friendly staff overall. Extraordinary caring service by Deniesha. Thank you so very much.

Friendly staff, excellent pharmacy. They've done wonders when my doctors have screwed up my medication. Even if they don't have what I need in stock they always call around to get me what I need asap. Only annoyance is lack of NFC payments, all the terminals are there but they are not activated which is frustrating.
