The website is horrible. Don’t even try ordering online. However, the service at the laptop counter was amazing and we loved the cashier. He made good conversation and was very easy to talk to. Thank you for making this a good and simple experience :)

Eric who works with the IPhones is amazing! Took me months to get a answer. I came into store and Eric corrected everything.

Great selection and service. The salesperson helped me buy a tv for my mom going on my requests for a smart, but not so hard to use tv.

We had shopped for months for new kitchen appliances. Best Buy had by far the best selection and layout we had seen. Lisa, the sales person was great. Let us check products out, was ready when we had a question and looked things up online when we wanted to see something about a product.

Bought a new computer. Geek Squad folks were friendly informative patient and very competent.

Great place to snatch an open-box deal! The customer service staff are super friendly and helpful! Nothing I can think of to be improved.

Great service people, but the geek squad is a bit slow. If you have something needing repairs. Just go in and stand for a while. They will eventually help. Setting up an appointment would be a waste of time. Would take a few days for the appointment, then standing in line for about an hour still.

Best Buy is exactly what I expect out of the retail experience today. I go in knowing exactly what I want and I am looking for. My questions are always answered promptly and I either get what I needed or sometimes I upgrade. All in all a decent experience.

The mobile guy was super helpful. They need to take down the sign about wearing a mask if you aren't mRNA juiced though.

It is what it is. Everyone is always very willing to help. We were in and out with a new laptop in under 20 minutes.

Stopped in to gather some info for a future TV purchase and ended up leaving with a new TV! The two gentleman I worked with in the TV Department were excellent, very knowledgeable and didn't mind taking the time to go through all the TV's. Went to back room where a 60k system was delightfully set up. Was there for almost 30 mins. You have never listened, you have never heard, you have never felt music until you hear it come from these speakers.

I opted to buy a drone for my son for Christmas online and pick it up in store on Christmas eve, when picking it up i was notified that the drone i ordered was aold out. The manager at the time upgraded me to the newer drone for the same price because of the mix up henceforth saving Christmas. Very good customer ser.vice. he made me a loyal customer for life!!!
