I was there Wednesday November 1 and I was checked out by the absolute nicest gentleman, and I truly hope this gets back to him.

I was trying to use a coupon for $10 off from an Amazon return, but had not had coffee yet and therefore was not math-ing very well. When the total of my items came up more than I thought it would I hesitated and questioned it, he was completely calm and kind in his response and then helped me to make a different choice to get the total I needed. He could have totally been annoyed, and maybe he was! but if he was, he hid it well and chose kindness. I just can't say how much I appreciated that.
I am a therapist and I took that bit of kindness to my work day.

This gentleman was taller and had a beard, maybe in his early 30's? I do hope this feedback and thanks gets back to him. Give him a raise, get into some decision making, and/or encourage him to do all he can with that kind heart of his.

Was in not long ago for an Amazon return. The woman who helped me was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I appreciated the pleasant customer service experience.

I went there to make double sided copies of two different documents for a funeral Mass program. Ran into trouble due to the placement of the front and back sides. Walked to the counter of the print section and asked for help. The woman, Wendy, was so helpful and worked on getting the front and back sides right. Decided to leave the job for completion at the Newington, NH Staples.

Wendy was kind and understanding and so helpful to me. I am extremely pleased with the excellent experience that I had with Wendy.

I went to best buy for a few items today. They either didn't have what I wanted or the items were very overpriced. I walked down to Staples to see if they had what I wanted. An employee named Sage helped me out and answered all my questions like an expert. TO be honest, I didn't really know what I was talking about. Sage explained it all to me like an expert and I found the item I needed.

I then decided to check out the office chairs. I did not intend to buy a new chair... but I have been thinking about it. Then Joe walked up and asked if I needed help. We spoke for a little bit and the whole time I felt like he was taking care of my best interests. Before you know it I bought a very comfortable chair at a great price and I don't regret it at all. I am happily typing this review from that chair now and I can say I am very happy I went to this store and ran into Joe. Great customer service and quite frankly some impressive salesmanship .

Staples should begiving these two a small commission off of their sales. They deserve it, treat them like the great people they are.

I’ve always had a really good experience at the printing services at staples, and it is all thanks to Wanda! I print a lot for school and work, and Ive noticed she goes the extra mile to help her customers by providing incredible and streamlined services! She is truly a kind and helpful soul, and Staples is now the only place I will go to get printing done because of her! She will always have my highest recommendation

This store has the nicest people working in it. I got the run around from the warranty company on an item I had previously purchased and from the store, so I decided to cut my loses and just buy a new chair myself. When I told the store manager what had happened, they gave me a store credit to use. That's just basic human consideration and empathy right there. They didn't have to do that at all, but I appreciate that she did. I'll go to this Staples over any other any day of the week.

I have been slow to write this review as I had wanted to remember the name of the printing/copying department lady that took extra time to assist me in creating, printing, enlarging, laminating 26 homemade fatheads for a last minute emergency as our team was heading to Cooperstown and the other fatheads we ordered from an online company hadn't yet arrived. Wanda saved the day and the fatheads were a huge hit. Thank you Wanda- for your time, patience, dedication and helpful tips. Ed

I came in looking for an ink that was out of stock at this location. Alex helped me and called two different stores trying to see if anyone nearby had any in stock as I couldn’t wait for shipping. He was really helpful with trying to make sure I could get what I needed as soon as possible!

Matt was very helpful with finding a printer and printer supplies! Informative, professional, and quick service at this Staples.

Great customer care, Melissa from the printing department was outstanding and went out and beyond to make us have a great experience!!

Used their shredding service for my old records instead of purchasing a shredder. 4 pounds of paper and receipts for $3.96. Can't beat that.
